Our experience seems to be very different from a lot of the reviews on here…Stayed for 4 nights and received a free room upgrade on check in which was great. We had a pool access room on the ground floor which was super nice and spacious. The bathroom was nice as well.The location isn’t amazing but is similar to most places in Khlong khong, only a 5 minute walk from the beach which has plenty of restaurants for food.

An extraordinary moment in this magnificent environment.The rooms are spacious, bright and air-conditioned.The geographical location is excellent, less than 10 minutes from the beach, a store at the bottom of the street, excellent restaurants nearby and a laundry room next door.The layout of the bungalows allows for a large swimming pool next to the apartments and a small swimming pool next to the family bungalows, which allowed the children to let off steam in the swimming pool without disturbing the people who are resting.The staff very smiling and friendly.The only downside is several water cuts in the living room. Not easy to manage when returning from the beach to do a series of outings and keep the pool clean.

Upon arrival, our room appears to have been overbooked without having received a message about this. We were not offered an alternative and were given the message that nothing could be done about it and we had better look for something else because many hotels are already fully booked. Later that week I heard from several people that they were treated the same way at this hotel, seems like this is the way they operate. The hotel location is not ideal and to get to the beach you have to cross a busy road. The beach is not suitable for swimming due to the rocks that are frequently present in the water. My advice is to look further and not book here.

Good place, nice staff and 3 pools. Nice garden around the houses with birds and monkeys. Walking distance to beach.Unfortunately, the room was not particularly cleaned. The floors were only swept with brooms but not mopped for a whole week. Ants get in easily so it is difficult to have any type of food in the kitchen outside. In addition, they crawl into bags or laptops. Both water and electricity have stopped working for shorter periods. AC is ok, a bit poorly placed in the room so it takes some time for the room to cool down. Totally ok accommodation and fine for being two star.

We had a nice stay here. It's not the ultimate luxury hotel, but for €34 a night you really can't say anything. We got a room upgrade with a pool view, which was really great. The boss is very nice and helpful. The bed was made every day and new towels and pool towels were brought. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very large, although a bit old. Overall we can recommend the hotel, we really had everything we needed here.

So where to start... so already swimming pool 50% water 50% sand the rooms impossible to take a shower because the water pressure is regulated in an unimaginable way, the rooms are cleaned finally if you can call that clean from 4/5 p.m. Rude staff frankly I don't understand how it has 4 stars in the reviews when I saw how the hotel was advice if you don't believe me visit the rooms and the swimming pool before taking! Enjoy your stay

Just to add to the previous post...|We had a booking and on the map it showed pink's was up the hill. That is the hotel I booked and that is the hotel I should have stayed in. We were shown a room in the Pinkys down the hill and it was sub standard to say the least...hardly the "luxury" room I booked. We walked out and refused to pay

We stood in reception as the manager gave a room to a walk in off the street into the section of the hotel we had booked into. When it was our turn, they told us no rooms available in that section, but they did have a room for us in the less desirable section??

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.My partner and I had booked a 'Luxury Room' a couple weeks in advance in the main building overlooking the pool. Yet upon arrival we were placed in a run down complex across the street, nothing like the images of the room we booked and far from any type of 'Luxury'. Therefore we asked to be placed in the room that we have actually reserved. Turns out our room was already given away and only possible to swap the next day. We did get another ground floor room closer to the main building instead but let me tell you it's not any better then the previous. With holes in the walls, stains everywhere and mouldy shower cabin, it was not comfortable what so ever. The next day we did recieve a room in the main building (not the one we were promised the day before) which was at least similar to what we reserved. Still the safe was broken (and couldn't be fixed) and bathroom was just sad.Service here was okay but you always get the feeling of being lied to.We only stayed 3 out of our planned 6 nights here.Would not recommend staying here.PS. By chance we met a couple on the island who had the exact same experience as us.

I would never book this hotel again.The rooms are spacious but not very cosy. The design (especially of the bathroom) is supposed to be 'modern' but it just looks like as if someone did not do his/her job very well.In every corner you can see that this place needs a makeover.This hotel has nothing to do with a luxury accommodation (although the description says 'luxury room').The place could have been cleaner. There were stains on every towel (maybe time to change them?!). Also the toilet seat could've been replaced some time ago.There was no safe in the room.Staff wasn't friendly and didn't really care about our issues.If you want to enjoy your vacation in a really nice hotel, don't book this one.

Worst hotel during a 5 weeks journey through Asia!We booked via a name-like booking platform, which rates the place a 4* hotel and we booked a „luxury room“. Both, rating and any association with luxury are a mere joke!Moreover the management obviously has a repeating method of scamming their guests:When we arrived, we were told that the room we had booked was not available. No apologies or any offer to upgrade or compensation. Instead a sad and shabby room in a building on the other side of the street behind a closed down restaurant!We rejected the room and insisted on a better room. What we got was a nightmare, please take a look at the pictures attached!In the meantime I contacted the booking platform and complained about their 4* rating. They do not seem to feel responsible which is astonishing!We had planed to stay for 6 nights and left after 3, after we were able to find an adequate accommodation, of course paying much more.Our recommendation: stay away!

Very bad experience in this hotel. When we arrive, the owner comes out and shakes my hand. I said to myself lol what a bad welcome it smells and it didn't fail. She tells me that the reserved room has a problem with the air conditioning that she reserved in the hotel next door. He wasn't bad anyway. And that the next day we will be able to settle into our room. I think about it and I say to myself, but I booked 35 m2 on Booking with a fridge terrace and it’s none of that. So I found my reservation, went to see her and the nightmare began there. She got angry, telling me that she didn't get this from booking but from Tvai. I did not understand anything. so I show her everything in English she doesn't accept. There were arguments with booking for 30 minutes. She threatened me that she will cancel via booking and that I will have to look elsewhere knowing that in high season everything is full. At the end booking told her that she was wrong except that she never admitted it. The next day she installed me in a bangawol booked as planned and calmed down. But she ignored me each time with a change in behavior from hot to cold... Also we had the last bangawol just after it was full of dry grass while being on our terrace we saw a huge white peak passing by. 4 days for fear that he would not come onto our terrace or even go through the doors which do not close properly; there is a hole left. Horror, I just wanted to leave here. We could watch the snakes through the window of our zoo-style room... Never again have to run away.

Horrible hotel!Mama nong is exuberant, rude and dishonest.The room received is not the room reserved. We will put you in bungalows or in another old hotel further away!Everything is very dirty and old.People can smoke around the pool.The bathroom is dirty and worn out.The beds are uncomfortable.Scooters are dangerous.Do not book here!
