The room is nice and clean, but the shower was broken and the wifi didn’t work. Many restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The owner is nice and very helpful.

Stay away. the sheets of the last guests were not changed. had hair and it was dirty. No swimming pool, no breakfast. With best price I can have more facilities and better service.

Owner has great public relations. A simple, well-structured accommodation.

Me and my husband have stayed in one of the beautiful bungalows here for just under a week. It is a stones throw from the main beach, many lovely restaurants and a 7 eleven. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom has a powerful shower that heats in an instant. Ana the owner is lovely and very helpful. Most of the people here have been staying for months as it’s great value for money and a generally great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone!

We have been in Thailand exploring various islands for the last seven weeks and headed back to Koh Lanta for some chill time and originally booked 4 nights here in low season. After a night’s sleep we extended our stay for another 18 days. So glad we did as after this there was no availability for a longer stay.There are 8 bungalows arranged to give a lovely community feeling with a mix of folk staying from a few days to multiple months. The community extended to swapping local places to eat and heading for cocktails with our neighbours and the wonderful Ana who runs the villas.The bathroom was stocked with complementary items including face masks, anti-mosquito bracelets, lovely shower gel and shampoo and fluffy towels! There are lovely cotton sheets and a cute little night light. The rooms have a huge water-cooler style water bottle with a nifty rechargeable pump for refilling water bottles and cutting down on single-use plastic waste.We requested a fan and Ana gave us her own one from her house which was very kind. The A/C is effective, and actually quiet as it is well maintained, as are all aspects of the site.The bungalows are raised on stilts and in beautiful gardens.If you buy a drink at the local resorts a minutes walk away then you have free access to their pool and beach amenities, very convenient.A head torch is useful as the little roads are dark, although a phone suffices, and you may get to see a monitor lizard along the way to the beach!The hanging swing seat was lovely, but too high for me at my age ;-) Other guests were swinging away to their hearts’ content. We bought the inside tables and chairs onto the patio for our morning coffees (7-Eleven 2 minutes walk away).I believe this is the owner’s first year, and in the post-COVID era where much accommodation has disappeared, given Ana’s expert management, unfailing good humour and obvious hard work, Luana Villas will flourish.Talking with a foreign owner in a restaurant near here, it appears that short, negative reviews such as the one by ‘Janete Calado’ are done by other businesses owned by foreigners to undermine the competition. I get that times are hard but there is no reason to be bitter and twisted and ‘miserable’ is the absolute direct opposite of the atmosphere and vibe of these villas!We would ALWAYS come back and stay here when we visit Koh Lanta again!

Ana has been so lovely to deal with! The villas are aesthetically decorated to give the room some personality- hard to come by for long term stay. AC is great, room is well secured to keep bugs out- the fly screen is such a good touch. Shower is nice and warm and good pressure. Ana is always happy to help me and I couldn’t be more grateful. The location is nice and quiet off the main road and super easy to just walk down to the beach! 🤍

I loved it, super quiet resort, half a dozen steps from the sea, restaurants and supermarket.Portuguese management, very friendly and always available.
