Great location, right on the beach! Problem is, this property just hasn't seen any maintenance love in a LONG time. Doors that don't close, towel hangers that have broken and not replaced. No new appliances or features. When I arrived I thought the beds might be too hard so I asked for an extra pad. I never got the pad or any response to the request.What seem like simple things to update or refine just don't happen. For example, where you wash your feet after having been at the beach. It doesn't look inviting and you could think it would just take a few hours work to make it inviting. These simple things don't happen at this property. Money in, but no investments.

Practical, cozy large bungalows. The complex is directly on the beach. The staff are super friendly, love children and there is a great pool in the middle of the complex. The breakfast and food is good! The location offers opportunities for activities in all directions. We had a great stay!

Kolanta, Lanta Summer House is a great place to get a massage. LOVED the location by the Beach,and went back 7 times during my stay in Kolanta. I will return again in January 2019 and plan on many visits to Lanta Summer House. || Rattana did my massages each time.||Kolanta is a great place to chill out.
