This day, I showed up with a reservation paid by credit card accompanied by a confirmation email with the mention already paid but the owner (on the phone) not seeing his transfer arrived, ordered his employee to deliver me the room only only if I pay in cash on site. Something I refused because there was no way I would pay twice. On the phone, the latter, not wanting to know anything, sneers at me and hangs up on me. I had to rent another room elsewhere while waiting to report to booking not to pay the amount back to this owner. Bitter adventure with this totally dishonest establishment!!!

Great location close to the main street and the beach. The cottages are well-equipped and cleaned every day. Nice service. A large 20 m swimming pool. At this price it's amazing :)

A pretty nice place to rest. The beach next door is not the best because it is quite dirty, but the hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable, with all kinds of instruments to cook yourself.

Defective scooters are rented.My rear tire burst while driving, which was clearly due to wear and tear. Only after a lengthy discussion was half of the repair costs reimbursed

Really perfect and very clean accommodation, a stone's throw from the beach, with a large swimming pool, a stone's throw from restaurants by the sea or on the main road for more affordable meals and a 5-minute walk from seven 11! The bungalow we had was really perfect, 3 beds, 2 sinks, 1 fridge and a large shower! The swimming pool is very very large, the only downside is that it really lacks deckchairs and shaded areas, especially in these very hot weather!Concerning the scooters, they are not in very good condition and a little expensive, you can find cheaper if you walk around a little!The staff is lovely and it is possible to pay by card in real life more on this island :)

Front desk n owner were very helpful. They also rent scooters . Rooms were 100ft to smile beach which is very nice also. Highly recommend renting a scooter and swing south Koh Lanta too

We had the room with pool access. The room is ok. It is about 50m to the beach.The pool seems to have a bit too much chlorine. He made a hazy impression. That's definitely better. Far too few loungers available. Diving students are taught in the pool almost every day. This could be annoying for some people.Towels were only available upon request or upon request. The cleaners behaved grumpily. The room was cleaned remarkably quickly.Before you rent a moped at reception, you should look around for a cheaper alternative in the surrounding area.We didn't book the hotel's breakfast. There are also cheaper alternatives in the surrounding area.Overall, especially the price-performance ratio, you just have to give it 3 stars.

Friendly staff, the location of the property was well located to the main road and the beach. The firstThe rooms were only poorly cleaned and we had to run after the toilet paper. Coffee and garbage weren't refilled/emptied every day either.

Never again!!! The rooms and the pool were completely run down. There weren't even floor tiles in the bathroom in the first room... the rooms were big and the bed was nice, but the rest...
