This resort is amazing and the friendliness of the staff is amazing! A very personal yet professional approach, they already meet it before you even ask the question. In addition, the resort is located in a beautiful location and, above all, very child-friendly. They even have a wide range of beach toys for the children. We recommend a stay to everyone!

Exceptional hotel, the location is perfect, very quiet and heavenly place 100m from the beach which is very clean. The swimming pool is large with a view of the beach.The rooms are spacious, with sea views.The staff is very attentive and cheerful.There is a massage area available.We see that they maintain their hotels as well as their guests.Small downside is that the restaurant closes at 8 p.m.I recommend 100%.

Nick is an amazing manager, he treat us as his best friends, really helpful and recommending us the best things to do. Weather was bad but with good service you don’t feel the bad time.Food at the restaurant it was ok, not the best for the price but help to don’t be hungry.100% recommended

Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Thailand, this one would be the first one I’d return to. We stayed in the Deluxe Beach-Front Bungalow, and it was well worth the money. It was very clean and cosy, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool is really nice and is super cool right on the beach. The breakfast is basic, but very good and well worth it (especially since there’s not much within walking distance). The staff are super friendly and helpful, and made our stay sooo much better. While there’s not much nearby, the town is just a few minutes away by motorbike, and the location is really nice between the two bays. Also, the construction wasn’t felt at all.

Koh Lanta turned out to be a hit, and the twin bay resort was very much responsible for this. The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is located off the beaten path, about a 20-minute walk to other restaurants and shops, but thanks to this you will feel like in paradise. Breakfast served with the sound of waves and the singing of birds... A great swimming pool located right next to the beach. The hotel offers one of the best massages on the island

We stayed 5 nights at the resort in July with 2 children (1 and 4 years old).We really loved it!We had great weather and the staff is very friendly, especially for the kids. Even though July is low season, the bar and restaurant were still open, and they organised a movie / fundue / BBQ night on the beach.They are renovating the resort right now. We stayed in a renovated room, which looked brand new, modern, but cozy. The prices in July are very reasonable!We would absolutely recommend families to visit the resort in July. There is a very accessible beach and sea, even for a 1 year old. Our kids loved playing in the waves and playing with the sand.Thank you very much, and see you next time.

I had a great week-long stay at Twinbay resort. From the seafront bungalow we had a magnificent view of the beach thanks to the large bay windows. We really had the feeling of being part of the elements. A pure happiness.We chose to come out of season and no regrets: calm, tranquility, relaxation.We listened to the weather and planned our activities accordingly (eco-responsible walk with the elephants, visits to the 4 islands, restaurants, massages by the sea at the resort, cooking classes, discovery of the surroundings, walks on the mangrove, fireshow, market...)The team on site is very pleasant and dynamic. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast is very good.A flexible and 100% relaxing vacation.I recommend without any hesitation.

The hotel is on the ground between north and south. The southern beach has a lot of wind crabs. It's very natural. On the southern beach you can hardly see the sunset, on the northern beach you can see the sunrise. The morning was beautiful. The embankment was blocked because the sea was rising at about 9:00 a.m.The hotel is on Kho Kwang Beach. Not too far from the pier where you get off the car ferry, about 4-5 kilometers. Delicious breakfast. Accommodation in the first row sees the sea, row 2 also sees the sea, row 3 faces the sea and sees the garden. And there is a villa overlooking it. north sea But this side cannot go down to the sandy beach.Near the accommodation, no more than 1 kilometer, there is a restaurant called Kho Kwang Seafood, delicious.The hotel can help you book a trip out to sea to Koh Rok or a tuk tuk tour around Koh Lanta for half a day for 1,700 baht.(Recorded April 67)

Lovely place to stay for a short period, extremely friendly & helpful staff.|We only had breakfast & lunches but it was was good with plenty of choice.|Pool & grounds kept very clean, towels available. |It is somewhere that we would stay again if in the area. |5 mins in tuk tuk to village, with market & restaurants.
