Very disappointed with the announcement of this "hotel" and the reviews, it really did not conform to what was indicated. Exterior not maintained, swimming pool impassable with too many products in it so the children had burns. Reception almost non-existent because no one was ever there. Service for 3 when there were 4 of us (3 breakfast 3 pillows...). Basic bathroom, with just a shower hose for washing, no storage or shelf to put anything.So we really only went to this hotel to sleep, we rented scooters (not great but they worked) and we went all day. The only positive point is the location is not too bad.

We arrived, we left...First time this has happened to me.The dirty room, marks in the sheets even before having been used. The beds are uncomfortable and do not match the advertisement.In the bedroom, a door leading to the back of the building is taped all around to seal it off. The paint is peeling.The bathroom from another time with stickers that peel off and add a little more to the gloomy side.The exteriors are poorly maintained and not clean.The swimming pool on the other side of the road, without a barrier so no safety to go there with children and the water is not clean.I came out so quickly that I didn't even take the time to take photos in the room. Only one piece of advice, move on.

Nice simple bungalows with aircon and fridge, large bed with good mattress in a beautiful garden area with pool. Very nice, helpful owners, English is good, very quiet at night. 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Top price-performance ratio (it's worth booking directly!) 👍

Extraordinary, truly exceptional staff who do their utmost to make the stay super pleasant, as well as the facilities, very spacious room and above all a sunny swimming pool and 300m from the beach.Real happiness 🙏🙏🙏

One of my favorite stays on my Southeast Asia tour. The hotel is run by a nice family and what can I say... they are just lovely. The room was very clean and large. We felt comfortable from the start. Scooters and everything you need can be arranged directly through the hotel. I would come back at any time. We have taken the owners very close to our hearts ♥️

Found a small oasis. The resort is in a quiet area. However, you can walk to the town in 5 minutes and there is everything you need there. The hosts here are super friendly and helpful. The boss stops by every day and puts a basket of fresh bananas on the terrace. He also brought a cafe over. Opposite our house, which is beautifully embedded in a garden, there is a pool...so you can cool off. There is air conditioning. If we come back to Koh Lanta we will definitely come here. So full marks from us.

5/5 stars absolutely deserved. Clean, cozy, great location & super warm hosts who picked us up from the port on time. We borrowed a scooter from the hotel for a very fair price for the days to explore the island. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, great bars and cafes. We had planned 3 nights - we extended it to 4 nights. We were also taken to our new accommodation - equipped with a few bananas from our own tree in the garden (gift). A heartfelt recommendation :)

It’s a really nice place, the family who runs the place ist super friendly and helping wherever they can. The bungalow was super clean and the veranda was a good place to calm down and relaxe. I would definitely go there again.
