The resort was good , the view of pool or the view of beach was awesome, but i faced one problem that the receptionist was very rude with us(Specially With INDIAN) even she didn’t say hello ,good morning as well as on my check out no staff available to take care of my bags I just did my self.

Nice, calm, quiet hotel for a family holiday. We met, checked into a room with two beds as requested. No problems when checking in, everything is fast, smooth, small deposit. The room is large, the layout of the room is unusual. Large bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and small boudoir. The furniture is scuffed in places, corners of the tiles are chipped off in some places, but all this does not spoil the overall impression. Breakfasts are a little monotonous and bland, but this is not tragic, in principle, all of Southeast Asia is like this, without frills. For those who are bland, there are seasonings. You won't go hungry, that's for sure. Room cleaning is done daily. The beach is across the road. Opposite the hotel is a 7 Eleven store, an exchange office. I won’t write about pharmacies, massage parlors, fruit stands, makashniks, there’s a lot of it and everything is within walking distance. I would like the cleaning of the rooms to be more systematic in time, not so that today before lunch, tomorrow after lunch, in 3 days they will clean, but it is not clear when. It would be nice to have a place to wash your feet of sand before entering the hotel, since this is not provided on the beach. You don’t have to skimp on napkins in a restaurant; you can supply napkin holders with napkins instead of giving them out along with cutlery. The lack of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cotton swabs is also somewhat depressing. But in general, all this does not spoil the overall picture. It's quiet and peaceful there.

Nice location comfortable rooms!! Large swimming pool but only for swimming and walking. A little noisy around the hotel (construction sites). The central beach is accessible three minutes on foot. The staff is willing but not able. You don't know much English. Rich breakfast and comfortable room!!

Don’t recommend this hotel , it’s really old and bad, the toilet seat is literally yellow so dirty , and i ask for a extra blanket for the kids and they said i have to pay 500B for it per day…❌I feel like this hotel have zero security safety, i did not felt safe in this hotel. Really bad experience . The staff were really unhelpfulI felt so bad and disgusted staying in this hotel this hotel deserves half star , felt like a nightmare never ever coming back to this hotel.really dirty and old

Fantastic hotel. We had a poolside room. And that was really fantastic, even if it rains you can still enjoy it without any problems. The pool was really big and well maintained and not even really busy. You can swim until 8 p.m. and that is really nice after a hot day out. Furthermore, excellent breakfast and very close to the beach which was also very good, good sunbeds with parasols can be rented and it is easy to order reasonably priced food and drinks there. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed for 3 nights. The property is really good. Easily accessible by Phuket smartbus to/from airport. One concern is that the room service staff hardly understand English. But they are friendly and sign language works 😃. Breakfast is good too.

Greetings!I vacationed in Thailand for the first time (06.27-07.09).The hotel is great! I had room 307, overlooking the pool and mountains. Very good location of the room relative to the sun (90% of the day is in the shade) this is great for me!) The room was cleaned daily and neatly. Friendly staff (smiling, kind people), responsive and trying to help, even though there was a language barrier, but in the end they understood each other))) English with a Thai accent is difficult to understand))) Good location of the hotel relative to everything, I mean the infrastructure is great, across the road 7-Eleven, cafes, pharmacies, massage parlors, etc. and most importantly - the beach. (If you go to the right edge of the beach, the hotel’s Wi-Fi is available there!)))In general, the main thing, as I concluded, is to spend the first 1-2 days exploring the surrounding area in search of good food and at a reasonable price, because... It was verified that the tom yum turned out to be the most delicious in a mobile shop, right on the pedestrian area of the beach and at the most reasonable price! (150 baht), but we ate it for 200 and 260... Those who want to try insects found it only at the night market, in one place. I don’t recommend taking it...Gastronomic pleasure is zero, because... All these living creatures seem to be cooked in the same oil and they all have the same taste - potato and chicken... But for the exotic, why not)))Patong Paragon, thank you again for your comfortable hospitality!I’m thinking about coming to you on my next vacation!👍

A very bad hotel... and the reception staff’s treatment of Arabs is bad... and the hotel is very old and full of cockroaches... the buffet is bad and the chef takes the onions and tomatoes with her hand without washing... On the other hand, I advise against visiting it.

Decent hotel. It has become very old so everything in the resort feels outdated. Breakfast is decent. Location is very good.Hotel staff was very good but tour operator staff tries to rip you off. Kept changing the price for taxi everyday we asked.

Patong paragon is right Infront of the beach, I recommend for the location. The staff is friendly. We stayed 3 days, upon check in the sink was blocked, shower drainage smelly, shower head was damaged and with limestone.Same has been shared to front office but no one came to rectify the issue during our stay. The breakfast was really limited need to improve.

Genuine review- 21st June ' 2023. I booked this hotel for 3 days from 21st to 24th June, and it was very difficult for me to stay there even for a day. Total waste of money, very old property.Bathrooms/ washrooms are not clean very dirty and unhygienic. Construction going all around the hotel . Don't get fooled by the photography and the images of the property. You will get the feel and vibe of the guest house in this resort. For sure not at all worth the money. I paid for 3 days and stayed there for just 1 day. Total waste of money.

First experience staying in this hotelThe place is very beautiful and close to the most important beaches of Phuket. The service was goodThe advantage is living on the ground floor because the balcony overlooks the poolThe hotel is strict about the number of people, meaning that if a room is for two people, it is impossible for three people to leave it unless certain fees are addedThe restaurant has a nice breakfast and a lot of halal food in shortThe place is worth living in. They are FRAUD!!!!!We had booked an refundable accommodation with Patong Paragon for December this year, however in June starting week we had to cancel our trip due to our tickets change by Jetstar. Now we asked them for refund , mailed them so many times and called them up multiple times, all they say is we will follow up, but they don’t.We are requesting them to refund back our $600 AUD however they are not doing it.Please don’t book your accommodation here.
