This is a small resort with only 5 roomsThe owner is very helpful and friendlyThe resort has a space facing to the sea you can watch the sun rise while sipping your coffee and take a great short of Sun rise and the village. The resort location is quite close to Lanta Yai Pier and Sriraya old town that you can spend your time in the evening wandering around for good food and shopping the local priducts

Cute house, inexpensive price, with a beautiful, natural sea view at the back of the property. In the morning, watching the sun rise was very chill. The owner of the resort is lovely and takes great care of us.

Ying the host was a absolute pleasure and super helpful. The rooms are kept super clean, there is a amazing terrace at the back of the property. The location is jn the old town and a little far from all the lively spots oj thr other side of the island. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Amazing place owned by a lovely lady. Ying was always helpful, smiling and caring. First day she gave us delicious rice with coconut for breakfast, helped us with our first steps in driving the scooters, everyday there was a fresh water waiting in the fridge, room was so clean and nicely arranged. You can watch the sunrise from a cozy terrace. There are a lot of plants eveyrwhere which I really like. Baan Purada is very close to the old town, but in a quite neighbourhood, so good sleep guaranteed. We loved our stay here, thank you Ying!

Perfect place, great location :)Host is super friendly, we had free bottled water, also tiny snack every day. Also the rooms were cleaned up daily.We were able to rent the scooter.This is one of the placed that we can recommend without any hesitation.

A hidden gem, particularly if you get one if the two seaview rooms. Its simple but well fitted with good quality bed and it's very clean. The reason to stay there us the terrace over the sea... no swimming from here tho. Ideal for a couple of nights. The owner is charming and helpful, but did ask for a review several times!

Two nights spent in this little paradise of Old Koh Lanta.The rooms are well equipped, clean and overlook the pretty wooden terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent sunrise.Our host is adorable and will do anything to please.You can have a very good breakfast by paying extra with a little Thai touch.The sea view is beautiful but on this coast there is no beach. You will need a scooter. No problem Baan purada can rent it to you.Don't hesitate to come to this much more authentic part of the Island which is only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Koh Lanta.

Baan Purada, Lanta Old Town, is the best place we stayed in during our one month South Thailand journey. The uniqueness of this family run hotel consist in a combination of opposites: modern spacious rooms equipped with all the facilities on one hand, and traditional Thai "deep house" built on stilts directly over the ocean on the other. Gorgeous terrace to welcome sun rising over the sea while sitting on a swing or swinging in hammock really does the job! We're not a kind of early birds, but just couldn't miss it🤩Ying whose family owns the Baan Purada is so friendly, helpful and resourceful that she seems able to conjure up all you may need or desire, from yummy breakfast, by best qualityThai massage, up to traditional hand made bamboo tattoo carried out by experienced artist.We stayed one day longer than planned though would rather stay for a year;)Thank you for great vibes Ying, and see you soon! You can feel the love poured in this place. Yiing is such a great, caring and loving host. The rooms are excellent, well designed and thought through. Very comfortable and welcoming.The outside area, the view and the calm of the spot is such a retreat from the busy street side of Ko Lanta. A good place to come, rest and seek refuge.Breakfast was great everyday! Nice curries and delicious sticky rice with coconut. Easy to rent scooter, book trips or tickets to any place or activity.Yiing’s husband is also a traditional Thai styleTattoo artist. If you fancy, you can add a for life memoir of your visit to Ko Lanta.

Book directly with the owner The accommodation is very comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly. On the day I went, I came across Tok Sen Massage, so I got a good massage, no need to talk about sleep, quiet, peaceful, like being in my own home. Rooms in the hundreds, views in the millions really do exist.
