This is the second time I have stayed for an extended period. Teak House is good value and the host Bob is one of the world’s greatest Gentlemen…. Highly recommended

Bob’s place is a lovely quiet green oasis. Each house is unique and filled with antique furniture and decorations with their own stories. I stayed for a month, it was a good place to unwind. Bob was a fantastic host, super accommodating and friendly. I would definitely love to stay there again in the future. Guests should manage their expectations though. As it is a mini jungle you might encounter some bugs, and it is quite far from chiang mai center. But there is a 7-11, a local market and street food at walking distance. Thanks Bob for the great stay!

We having a lovely time at Bob's house. The location is quit, 25 min away from city centre. Everything you need is close. Highly recommended for digital nomads

Fantastic wooden structor was built by owner from teak and reused woods. We stayed in up stairs apartment was full of antique furniture and decoration. In a world of concrete hotels this was so refreshing we stayed an extra day just to take in the rooms decor. Very quiet and near a nice junior school so atmospheric. Not far from street food. Great stop over in this area as not much on offer during covid times.Tips :1- place is bit hidden in a small Rd with houses at dead end2-if possible call bob the owner before you arrive because of covid killing tourism it gives him time to get the room ready.3-take an apartment room near the entrance

Bob the owner on site, knowledgeable very helpful always on hand to assist. Accommodation is excellent if you like being surrounded by natural jungle, with all the accompanying sounds which was music to my ears. Clean bedding, a shower peace and tranquility. Thank you Bob

Booking a large house. We find ourselves with two rentals. On top of that we didn't want to come the first night we arrived but he came looking for us so we had to pay extra.Rustic and dirty. Fridge infested with ants upon arrival. And smell of dog urine in the yard.Scout rental very expensive for what it is because it is very bad and very fuel intensive.Positive. Pleasant places and possible to wash your clothes on site
