A true hidden gem in Chiang Mai. First rate service from hired chauffeur to Villa Manager. The rooms were immaculate with attention to details, the complimentary breakfast was carefully crafted with vegetarian and kid preferences, and our requests were met with great satisfaction. Least of all, the place was too beautiful for words, the flowering trees, the mature palms and different colored bamboo trees, along with the saltwater pool, cascading waterfall wall, lotus and koi ponds adds to the mystic beauty of this villa. Our first visit to Chiang Mai and we fell in love.

The receptionist is terrible. I, the van driver, took care of the customer and didn't let me park and wait for the customer inside. Chasing me to park and wait in front of the bathroom door, it was difficult to bring in. Normally every villa in Chiang Mai Allow customer service vans to park and wait for customers. But here it's not possible that even when I'm transporting things for customers, I still have to park my car in front of the door. Come to think of it, a 5-star hotel will still let you sit in the lobby and go to the bathroom. Let the picture tell the story. Everyone in every profession follows. The burden of responsibility is the same. The villa must take care of its customers. As for me, the van has to take care of its customers as well. Each person has different responsibilities and should not be separated. My customer reserved a room for 3-4 nights and stayed only 1 night and had to move.

We loved this place! We were greeted by 2 attendants with a cold towel and a lemongrass tea. The attendants helped to make us secure and then gave us a remote for any need we had. Everything was great! Breakfast was made for 2 days for whatever we wanted and we felt bad there was so MUCH good food to try that we couldn't eat. The pool, the outdoor shower, the indoor shower, the hot jacuzzi....everything was just AWESOME. We would definitely book again!

Excellent 2 night stay. Comfortable beds & furnishings in all rooms. Perfect service from 5 lovely staff, every need politely taken care of. Very good meal service & housekeeping. Beautiful gardens all around - all well maintained. Very good breakfast with wide variety to suit all in our family. Highly recommend!!
