Yesterday I book on the booking. Paid 100%, than arrived to hotel and they said NO ROOM. All 5* reviews is a lie.

To flee!The room is terrible. The fridge doesn't work. The bathroom is very small, and when you take your shower, you get water everywhere, if you want to use the toilet afterwards, you will have to walk in the water in your shower. You open your window, you have a superb view of the hotel wall which is stuck..No TV in the room, no balcony. You must ask for cleaning to be done every day to benefit from 2 bottles of water and coffee. Please note there are only 3 hair dryers in the entire hotel.No restaurant on site, nor a cozy place to smoke because the rooms are non-smoking. Heavy presence of the owner!

One of the best hotel in the town in low budget .Very neat and clean roomsNice staffOwner is like big brother .Everything is perfect.You will get 10% discount if have dinner or lunch from the restaurent which have amazing food and taste.

Hotel is close to the city center and the beach. Everything was perfect, rooms were clean and big enough. They clean the rooms everyday. The hotel owner is so kind and friendly. The reception is helpful.

First of all location of hotel is amazing. You are next to almost everything and 200 meters to the best part of the Patong beach. Our room was super clean and we had cattle, fridge, daily water and coffe etc. The shower was also perfect and always had hot water. Do not hesitate and you will enjoy your stay for sure!

A cute and reliable family business in a great location at the bottom of Phuket Patong beach. We stayed with my friend for 4 days. 200 meters from the sea. Shopping opportunities, everything is right next to you. A caring and clean hotel. Price performance 5 stars in my opinion. I definitely recommend it. Have a nice holiday.

Had an amazing stay with these guys, still here after 2 days.500mtr to the beach (the beautiful blue Patong beach)500 mtr to Bangla street (all the crazies)(The Hotel)Stay was beautiful and comfortable in their decent sized blue and white rooms that look fresh.(The Restaurant)They have a restaurant with 10% off for people staying but it was decent not the best! ( would recommend having a restaurant that serves only your strength, you don’t need a full Thai menu)I’d definitely recommend staying here, FRIENDLY, COMFORTABLE and WELL PRICED! Smoking rooms available.The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming, thank you for the peaceful stay.
