I can't believe that I have to leave a bad review here. Some people may have a good experience. But how many times have we come even though we didn't stay? But having to spend the whole day is not impressed. I was going to let it pass, but coming this time was even harder than before. From what I used to book to sleep and eat (I've been there for a long time and I feel better than this), so I decided that I'm enough with this place. If there's no work that I have to come to, Well, I didn't choose, but my mother liked it here before. But when we tell you what we found So we agreed that it didn't work anymore.Coming here on business (work) for the second year in a row does not count as a wedding guest. (Occasionally) makes me change my mind that this is not the best hotel at all. And found that this is a hotel where the mindset of the employees (not everyone) has a lot of problems. It's the year 2024, and even they dress very formally. But I happen to be Thai. Very unprofessional, not cute, not worthy of our reputation. How could you look down to your own country, that's disgusting and unacceptable! (Try to check other comments. We ourselves encountered something similar) which I can honestly say as a guest or general user of many other hotels. (whether staying or just coming to use other services) is that some of your employees can't compete with nearby hotels like the Shangri-La, Montien, or Peninsula just across the road. Or if you compare it to the Marriott chain Accor, it's going to be negative (what kind of 5 stars?) But the younger sister in this cute bathroom admires it.In terms of beauty, okay. Beautiful according to the story Meets the standards that A luxury school should have ok food and delicious snacks.Summary of things that you think are not okay, try to consider improving them.1. For organizing conferences The sound system is not very good, muffled (if the organizing team brings their own speakers, that's ok). The food line is average, snacks are ok, parking is average.2. Event room, lunch time Will be divided into rooms next to it. The staff collected the items very quickly. Picking up the dishes that we hadn't finished eating yet, we looked expressionless. Give the feeling of me eating at an a la carte restaurant where the tables are full? Where are you in a hurry? What are the manners?3. Mosquito management in the lobby is a disaster (What kind of five star releases an army of mosquitoes in the lobby?) Anyone who gets sick easily, allergic to mosquitoes, must not sit in the lobby (found in Dec. 2023 and Sept. 2024)4. Mindset/service of employees-Employees at the dessert shop in the evening are good at talking, ignoring customers. When asked, it's like they don't want to answer (met in December 2023)-Employees/guards both at the entrance and on the building in the parking lot are swinging and looking hard at the floor of the person wearing a suit driving a pickup truck. So I want to say here that wealthy people sometimes don't just measure their cars. in order to see things more broadly (Found it when driving a pickup truck. If you can't drive another car, it's strange.)- A porter squeezed us into the elevator in the parking lot with a large item. Normally in other places, they wait for customers to go first, really using the word "squeeze in", the elevator is small, and they don't apologize or ask anything (found Sept. 2024)-The staff at the meeting room and buffet have already told you.In summary, if I were to return as a customer, I would not recommend it to Thai people. Except you come with a lavish attitude. If you come with a low profile, prepare to be disappointed. As for us, we don't want to support an organization with this kind of mindset. Choose to go to the hotel across the street. Or next to the neighborhood is much more comfortable. The view is more beautiful too. It feels many times better than this.

I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance alone sets the perfect tone for a relaxing meal, with its serene views and sophisticated decor. The food? Simply outstanding. Each dish was meticulously prepared and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the Tom Kha Kai, which had the perfect balance of spices and textures. The service was also top-notch, attentive but not overbearing, ensuring that every part of the dining experience was enjoyable.

Superb service. No problem remains a problem at the Oriental. Ideal location. We went in September which is towards the end of the rainy season because of unrelated events in Asia. Tolerable but not ideal. …

Fantastic as expected. We were there during New Year 2023 and the hotel, along with the view of the fireworks during the New Year were fantastic.

It is my 2nd stay at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. As always, every staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and considerate, especially Ms. Sirikorn the butler on the 10th Floor, Mr. Changchai of the front desk, and Mr. Rodolphe Mirande from F&B, to name a few. Their service was excellent that made my 3-night stay too short.

Great job by front desk and reception team. They made us feel very special and worked around our schedule to ensure we were taken care of. The team helped my wife by allowing her an early checkin and late checkout. |Luxurious, comfortable, and friendly environment .
