I was put in a wretched room number 4! with a dirty balcony! The location of the hotel does not correspond to the location on the bukeng on the map! I booked a room for a friend! there is a terrible shabby renovation here with children’s inscriptions on the walls, planets, rockets…. This is a terrible room, there is mold everywhere, the bathroom is dirty, the floor is dirty, there is an unpleasant smell from a moldy can!!! I paid extra money for an upgraded number!!!!
