Its is a charming accommodation with friendly and attentive staff. The overall ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. However, there was a noticeable drain odor coming from the toilet, which could be an inconvenience for some. I would recommend that the hotel management seek professional assistance to address this issue, as it could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Pros:- Location is within walking distance to BTS, temples, markets, grocery stores, food stalls, restaurants, massage parlours- Night security man is very friendly- Room has fridge, hair dryer, and iron available on requestCons- Walls are paper THIN. For this reason: I booked for 4 nights but had to check out early after 1 night. Hotel refused to refund for the remaining nights so also lost 3 nights worth of money.- Hotel refused to change my room to a quieter room. Only after speaking to manager they agreed but it was too late because I had already left by then.- You can hear the TV, people talking, people moving around in the room next to you. You will get no sleep in this hotel if the room next to you is occupied, unless you bring heavy duty ear plugs.- Door slamming will wake you up for sure- Air conditioning unit is right above the bed, if kept on at night it will blow onto your face. (See photo)- shower had so cover; so after your shower the bathroom will turn into a swimming pool (see photo)- Room came with no soap, I had to request this from receptionConclusion: nice hotel if you have ear plugs, and you don’t like AC & you’re in Bangkok for a short stay. If you’re a light sleeper, want a good night sleep and some peace and quiet then this hotel is not for you
