Water costs money / If you dirty the towel and lipstick, they will charge you money for it / The internet does not reach the whole house and all the rooms do not have internet / Chef Sawa Steak 😅 No comment /

We booked a villa with nice view, but unfortunately we shocked and surprised that the view it’s totally some this else.We were not pleased and not satisfied at all. The pool is viewing another villa with green roof and people hanging their clothes in the balcony !!!!!!

I booked this property as a planned birthday vacation. Thailand has been on my bucket list for years and I was looking forward to an amazing experience here. Sadly, my mom passed 3 days before my scheduled departure. I reached out to the booking company (The Luxury Signature) whom I went through for accommodation at this property and explained to them the circumstances. My ask wasn't for a refund but if it was possible to push the date a bit further out as I now had to plan for funeral arrangements. After days of communication, they notified me a a few hours from my flight departure that the dates could not be changed and they were keeping the complete total of the booking totaling $4311.87. This left me utterly dismayed. A refund wasn't needed but considering my mother just died, they were not willing to push the date back and kept the full amount of the reservation. I have noted this property to also be listed on places like airbnb that has a policy that allows a cancellation up to 72hours before check in time. While this appears to be a beautiful place, please take heed that they have no consideration for unpreventable life emergencies and will not accommodate you in the event of unforeseen deaths.

We stayed at Villa H (Halena) What a place !! The villa has some stunning views from all the rooms. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. There is a lovely beach 🏝️ at walking distance which is clean and unlike the rest of Phuket. It’s a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The Jacuzzi, Steam room & Massage room are top notch, Swimming Pool is awesomeMust have the barbecue organised by the staff. Should stay for a minimum 7 night.

We stayed at the Malaiwana Residences for a week for a seminar and all in all it was great! We had a total of 3 villas and a master villa. The decor is stylish, minimalist. There is air conditioning in all rooms and a cozy outdoor area with a pool.We had 3 lovely ladies throughout the week who looked after our culinary well-being. They were extremely accommodating and for us "normal people" it was a real change to get used to being served and cooked for. You really made every wish come true.I deducted 2 stars because there were simply too many defects in the rooms for the price that the Malaiwana Residences were charging. For over 1000€ / night I don't expect much more, but I still expect immaculateness.In my room, instead of a ceiling lamp, there was a head-sized hole in the ceiling from which open cable ends hung. There was also a hole like this on the wall under the stairs in the living room and it was at eye level!We also had a very poorly cleaned shower. The rooms are very high and it's certainly not easy to clean all the way up to the top, but for the price it should be possible. I don't want to see any residual traces of my predecessor.We noticed a number of places that were discolored and therefore also looked unclean.The most defective thing was the electricity. Unfortunately, no plugs could be plugged into our sockets in the room. The ladies wanted to help, but unfortunately they couldn't get a plug into the sockets, apart from breaking my plug. The one that they then used force to get our plug in was, to make matters worse, still without power. Despite us notifying us here, no further effort was made to fix the problem for the rest of the week.

One of the best Thailand vacations... absolutely private and serene. Was quite an experience. Staff was always on top of everything we needed... and the food by our thai chef was awesome. we will definitely recommend this to people we love private and luxurious holiday.
