Lovely owner, clean rooms, safeLocated in a community area, easy to enter and exit.***12-13/4/2024 I go to Chum Phae every year and have to stay here all the time. This time I wasn't impressed at all. I asked for 3 rooms next to each other on the ground floor because I was with a disabled person. I reserved in advance and transferred the full amount. I got a different building, the air conditioner was broken and I had to change another room. I could watch the TV. No, there is no tissue paper left in the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bedsheets are old and torn. The owner doesn't seem to care about the customers, so he has to call. Even though we are regular customers, we stay here every year. I guess next year we'll have to find another place.

JK has a country style in decorating rooms. There are chairs outside each room to sit and sip coffee on. There is a tight latch inside and a latch as well, giving me a lot of peace of mind (I really like it). The room is clean and has a narrow but shady parking space. Ovaltine coffee is provided in the morning. There is a very good hair dryer.

The rooms are cool. The decorations are creative. But it's a hit aged, and the Bath could be better, but still nothing to complain about as it is fairy cheap and value for money. Good location if you're up in this part of Thailand.

Sleeping in Building B, price 450฿, ground floor room is better than upstairs. The room is clean, no dust, the bed is soft, the room is beautifully decorated, there is a hair dryer, the location is good, near 7-11, there is parking in the back.

The bathroom is old, dirty, smelly, making the room stuffy. The room type is suitable for monthly rental but has been opened as a daily residence. The sheets and blankets looked like they hadn't been washed yet. Accidentally brought my child along and seeing this was very upsetting.

Room price 500 bahtThere are shower cream, shampoo, and two bottles of water.Hair dryer and large refrigerator provided.Cool air conditioning, strong water, and a water heater.The only disadvantage is that the room has a musty smell + pipe smell.
