I originally booked this hotel for just two nights, but then I ended up extending my stay to two weeks because of how much I enjoyed it. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the view of the front hill from the balcony is stunning, offering a peaceful escape that was just what I needed for relaxation.One of the standout features is the swimming pool, which is open both day and night and always kept impeccably clean. It was a great way to unwind after a long day.The owner, Franck, is an extremely warm and friendly person. When I decided to extend my stay, he generously suggested moving me to a higher floor for an even better view. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.The housekeeping is done daily, ensuring the rooms are always fresh and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming environment.

I think I am staying in one of the best and most beautiful hotels in Phuket, suitable for families as well as for young people who want to stay away from the noise and seek calm. The staff is helpful and always smiling. The price is very reasonable and the Wi-Fi is very fast.In general, the hotel is wonderful and I will visit it again. They also provide modern bicycles for rent today for 300 baht

Fantastic hotel. So nice and quiet being a very short journey away from the loud parts of Patong. Huge rooms and very comfortable. Franck at reception is an awesome guy and was hugely generous to me - helping me out with loads of things during my stay. Highly recommended!

For me personally, Ratana Hill is the best choice and unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio!I attach great importance to spacious rooms, good beds, strong AC, stable WiFi, peaceful sleep and good service.The entire team at Ratana Hill made me completely happy! Thank you thank you thank you!🙏🏼I originally booked 1 week and extended it for 2 more weeksShops, hairdressers, sports bars where you can play billiards and darts, nail salons, scooter rentals as well as the city center and the beach can be reached in 5-15 minutes. Depending on trafficIt was amazingly good! Even when the power went out everywhere in the area, the hotel was prepared and equipped with a generator!! 😏👌😌In the lobby we drank coffee, some worked (WIFI was still available) and chatted with the team.They are all very friendly, especially Muk from the service, Franck the hotel manager,The chambermaids and the service lady in the coffee area.Ratana Hill, a must go!!!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Large, clean pool and the rooms are very spacious and clean. You have your own router in the room. Good internet was very important to me and I was able to work wonderfully here without any problems. The location is perfect, it is very quiet but everything can be reached in just a few minutes. We'd love to come back. Thanks to the entire team 🙏

I was looking for accommodation away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time so that it was within walking distance.On the 5th line (the last street from the beach, on the hill) I found a couple of interesting options for myself, but stayed at this Apparatus Hotel.What attracted me to stop here.> The owner of the hotel Frank, also known as the Administrator, is simply a MEGA positive and helpful man. (Already during our stay, when we crossed paths with him on the premises, I was constantly wondering if everything was OK, if anything was needed)> Spacious rooms, with:- a kitchen area and the presence of - a table (I needed it as a workspace), - a microwave, - a medium-sized refrigerator (just right).- Large bed (or two smaller ones, depending on what you want)- Spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard and the hill from which there are no prying eyes :)- Large floor-ceiling air conditioner.During my stay, in addition to the positive staff, I noticed:- The rooms are in very good condition! It was quite pleasant to be there. It seems like there are devices, but there are also elements of a hotel (cleaning, a bar on the ground floor, one might say breakfast and drinks in the room). Interesting combination.- Features with water supply from a well. The tap in the kitchen should be opened carefully, there may be shooting and splashing, and from time to time a drop in water pressure in the shower (sometimes it tasted and smelled like water from a well), but it was always enough to take a swim.Well, the shower room is a little “tired”, which is the norm for Asia :)Overall, an excellent device-hotel for the money, but you need to have a bike to climb the hill several times a day.A solid 4+ from meThe hotel positions itself on Google maps as 3*. Why does he fully justify this? I wouldn't even regret 4*.--I lived there in March 2024. I plan to live there again in November or again in February :)
