The location is within walking distance to the beach and very close. They have a very sweet staff who visits your room every day for cleaning and asks about your needs. Likewise, it is a hotel with caring and positive employees at the reception who help you in every way. We stayed here for 13 days and were very pleased.

I’ve been staying at the Grand Orlov for a week and extended my stay because it’s been such a pleasant experience. The rooms are stylish, impeccably clean, and maintained daily by a very friendly housekeeper. The reception staff are always welcoming and ready to help with anything I need.The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to the Main Street where all the excitement happens in Patong. As the last stop of my journey before heading home, this stay has truly been the highlight of my trip. Highly recommend!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed inIt's terrible, don't come here. The quilt, pillows and sheets in the room were all moldy. The strong smell kept me from sleeping, so I had to go to the front desk for help in the early morning to change the sheets and pillows.The moldy pillow in the picture has been replaced. After everything was replaced, there was still a strong musty smell.For the double bed, the staff only changed the sheets of one bed for us. The two of us could only squeeze into a small bed. There was no way to cover us with quilts, only bath towels, and no use for pillows. We could only sleep with our clothes on. , but my body is still itchy after I wake up in the morning.It's terrible, if you want to get a fungal infection in your lungs please come to this hotel

The location of this hotel is quite good. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. There is a 711 convenience store in front and back. The room is neat and clean, and the space is large. It has a small balcony and is very comfortable. The service at the front desk is also very good, because it is raining. I was provided with umbrellas and stored my luggage. The overall experience was quite good. However, one small drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. Because the door is an ordinary wooden door, if someone speaks loudly in the aisle, you can still hear it clearly. The surroundings are very convenient and very close to the beach. I think it is a cost-effective choice for long-term living. 9/10

I swear, if the location could give more stars, I would. Because the hotel is located a three-minute walk from the sea, the neighbors have a simply amazing and delicious restaurant that also delivers to your room. The rooms are quiet, atmospheric, clean, the bed is large and comfortable. MV stayed for a little more than two weeks, and during our stay there was not a single problem, all the staff were very friendly and nice. In general, I really recommend it.
