The communication of the employees is very bad. Looks disrespectful Not cool enough to talk to customers When I ask something, I'm told to wait. There should be training for communication. For urgent front-of-house employeesWon't come to stay anymore.The price is really cheap but the communication to customers should be better.

A rather unfriendly disrespecful reception on arrival at the reception counter. A check in before 2pm was not negotiable at all, which never has been an issue at other hotels previously, especially because most people usually check out after breakfast, which we saw next day. We understand that this was their policy, like in some other places, but it could have been translated in a more respectful, civilized manner. It is a NO Go for us, but the remaining rating depends certainly on our personal standards and experience. The location is fine, since it is near the Hospital,but there are much better choices in KhonKaen near the Hospital with friendly and helpful staff, which sometimes can make all the difference, being new, a guest and visitor to Khonkaen.

The rooms are standard according to the grade of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the sheets and pillowcases are not flaky. There is no musty smell. The bathroom floor is smooth tiles. Be careful when bathing.There is breakfast that is just right, not a lot, not a little. The food tastes good. Especially the rice porridge they have every morning. Enter 21/11/66 suite room 5th floor, room 500, not impressed at all The bathroom is not clean, the bedroom is very old. The bed rocked as if it was being moved and made a loud noise. The sofa is very old, the wardrobe is even more old. The refrigerator water was overflowing in the shelf. The room was musty and not worth the price. If anyone doesn't need it, I recommend running away. The air conditioner was loud all night and seemed to break down. In conclusion, we couldn't sleep at all. The cost of the room is over a thousand. What a shame.

Came to stay here for the first time. The hotel is not difficult to find. The hotel may look old, but the inside is still good, clean, and spacious. There is a wardrobe, refrigerator, good cleanliness, and normal beds. The air conditioner is very cool. There is a balcony where you can dry your clothes. There is shampoo but prepare your own conditioner, good warm water, strong water, there is breakfast, food items are reasonable, the price is good, coffee is good, considered good for the price, considered worth it. There is parking available. There is a stair ramp suitable for people using wheelchairs and an elevator. The hotel is not far from Khon Kaen University and Srinakarin Hospital. There is a 7/11 convenience store not far away. And there is a restaurant opposite or you can go outside, a short walk away there will be a restaurant as well. Oh..there's also a massage shop.

New rooms, equipment in the rooms such as dressing tables, wardrobes, beds, new curtains, mattresses.Sleep comfortably, clean rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning.Cool and has convenient equipment such as a TV.Refrigerator, hair dryer, water heater work well.There is breakfast, the taste is ok, but I would like the staff in the restaurant to be more attentive. That is, look at refilling items when they run out, such as drinking water, milk, and various foods because people keep coming to eat. Government officials who come to stay have a discount. Near the hospital, near 7-11, convenient travel.
