Reception means working without talking to each other. Take the word of the customer. When the shift was over, they didn't inform anything to the shift taker, so they were confused and wasted time. Notify to issue bill in the morning The yen will come back.The accommodation fee has already been paid. In conclusion, when I came back the bill was not issued. The people who come to pick up the shift don't know what's going on because they haven't sent their shift yet or not. I'm confused.We need to improve, not confuse customers and then be done with it.The room is clean.quiet

Must take ID card of everyone staying overnight. 2 people per room. No one sitting at the counter. Check in at 2 p.m. Pay a key deposit of 500 baht/room. Enter the building, use the magnetic key to touch the door. Summary Feeling inconvenient. The room is nice. Anyone who accepts the rules can come and stay.

A very average hotel pretending to be 5*. The walls must be made of paper because it was very noisy, kept awake most of the night by a water pump or something. Firm beds are the norm in Thailand but it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor and the pillow (only one) was the hardest most uncomfortable I’ve ever known. Very disappointed.

The room is good and clean, but the staff has no public spirit, no kindness, carries a lot of things, even the door doesn't help open. We as customers must Take the key and touch the door. Then I went to find a place to put it and walked and ran to open it myself, then ran back to get things to run through the door because I was afraid the door would close first 😆😆😆 Well, the employee here cut down the trees and looked dead. I don't want to help, it's like I'm air.

Amma Apartment is a lovely place to stay, very good value for money in Khon Kaen. Anyone who wants to find a good priced, clean place to stay in the Khon Kaen area, try stopping by and staying here. I personally like it. Because when I wake up I slowly drive into Bangkok.
