Unfortunately, the room was terrible and had a damp smell everywhere. The door was difficult to open and close, making loud noises. The hardest thing is that the employees speak very badly. Whoever comes to stay, think carefully. It's not worth the price spent.

The room is not very clean. The room smells not good and musty. The bathroom is even more stuffy. I don't like the service from the employees. Before checking out, check first to see if any items or cloths are stained. When I came out, the housekeeper hurried to check the room. Summary of lip stained towels But even though I never took a towel to wipe my face. And the security of the place is not very good. The bathroom didn't have a door knocker. Overall, I don't recommend it at all.

I reserved a room because my parents came to see me so I could be nearby. They saw that the location was good and made a reservation. which must be transferred and paid 100% (750 baht) and have a key deposit of 200 baht (cash) when opening the room Found that the tile floor in the room was wobbling. The bathroom doesn't have a lock. But most importantly, the air conditioner is not cool. Maybe because the machine is small The door doesn't fit tightly. Including the hot weather during this period. When checking out of the room in the morning, the staff inspected the room. Informed that the room had moved the bed. Dad said he needed to move because the air conditioner wasn't cool. The position of the air conditioner is not appropriate. The employee then informed that there would be a fine of 500 baht. *If the bed is moved and there is damage, the fine is 500 baht.* If the bed is actually damaged, I'm happy. But it's not damaged. You must understand that the weather is hot. But what I like is that the employees should speak politely. Talk to your father about what you do, what your occupation is, which is a personal matter. You just speak nicely. Having manners towards customers makes them want to come and stay again. This is "no" once is enough and I will not recommend anyone to come and stay.

The room is very dirty. The balcony had cigarette remnants. The dust on the stairs is very thick. The air conditioning room was not cool. The staff told me to leave it plugged in all the time, so I went outside and plugged it in. That is, if the customer loses it, they will be responsible, right??? Leave it open for several hours and it won't get cold. like in the oven The room was unusable and the hotel had no solution to the problem. Because they said the weather was hot and the air conditioner wasn't cool in any of the rooms. The price was paid in full but during the day I could hardly stay in the room. Solving the problem is bad. Knowing that the room isn't hot, there should be a fan for the customers.

Last month I brought my father to stay. Waiting to check at Srinakarin HospitalThe room had a musty smell. The air conditioner wasn't cool. The staff came to change the remote and it wasn't cool, so I went to bed to wait for the morning. The previous time was ok. But I met this time. It's better to find another place. 🥹🥹🥹

Come stay because the location is near the restaurant that you want to eat in the morning. You can easily walk and eat. In the afternoon, there are many cafes to visit.At night, there is a 7-11 nearby and a 24-hour laundry shop nearby, making it not lonely. I saw a review before about an employee with a grumpy face. But do you think he's an introvert or not? Haha. That is, if you ask me anything, I'll answer as asked. But you may not be able to guess the heart of the customer. What should I do to make the customer satisfied? + I want them to be walked to their room and tell them which room they are staying in. The employee has a very grumpy face and talks badly. There is a deposit for the key which must be in cash. We didn't have any cash, so I asked if I could use another deposit instead. I pulled a face and said nicely that I could. We will go and get money for you. Other matters are acceptable, but the service should make the customer impressed and want to stay?

I like the room. I like the classic style. Good service staff Near restaurants, laundromats, 7-Eleven, can easily walk. But it's a little stuck. The bathroom door is very difficult to open. And when walking in the room there will be a loud noise. Overall ok, there is a single bed. Double bed to stay It's a modified container. Made into a room, lots of parking.

The air conditioner in the room is not strong, and it takes a while to get a little cool. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is not very stable, and the water flow fluctuates, and there are cockroaches crawling out of the drain pipe; however, the counter is open 24 hours a day, and there is no refund in the early morning. There is no problem with the room. There is a 7-11 and food court around the corner, which is very convenient.

Parking is convenient, but it is recommended that there be clear lines or signs that would be great. The price is considered to be in the hundreds of thousands. As for the value, it is considered fair. If you don't count the sound of the drain pipe and the sound of the air conditioner, it can be considered good, but the bathroom doesn't have a place to hang clothes and can't lock. This is a flaw because if you want privacy, there must be a place in the room. If the decoration and concept are considered excellent, cleanliness must also be emphasized. The smell of the room must be sprayed with an air freshener before sending to the customer. It cannot be overlooked. The bathroom can't be locked. The water doesn't flow very well, so I'm worried about whether I'll finish my shower or not. The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet (dangerous) and there is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The refrigerator was plugged in all night and the water didn't get colder at all. It's like drinking water that isn't refrigerated. The floor of the room is loud when walking. The room door is a sliding glass door that doesn't keep sound in. The air conditioner isn't cool.

Hotel reviewThe air conditioner is not cool in both rooms, turning on 18 degrees like turning on 30. The housekeeper doesn't clean it. The counter walked over and asked to come look at the air conditioner. said with dissatisfaction "You just entered. How can I keep it cool?" That is, open it at 18 degrees and there's no coolness at all. This morning, when I looked, it said that I pressed the wrong mode. I said it has been adjusted. It wasn't cool for a while. Came back from eating and was told to take the key and put it down to the housekeeper so she could clean it. In conclusion, I only made one room. The weather was very hot. I came to relax and hoped to sleep with a cool air conditioner. I rented it for 2 nights, very disappointed. I feel bad too. Had to sleep on the floor because I didn't want to talk to the counter. Is this a service business? Makes the atmosphere of traveling to Khon Kaen for the first time very good!!

Accommodation near university, convenient road.But the accommodation has dust on the tile floor that is not tight. The air conditioner is not very cool. The price of over 8 hundred is not very appropriate. (Personal opinion, other rooms may be better than our room)

Room 205 has a problem with the air conditioner turning itself off. Customers had to wake up at midnight because they were sweating all over. and the weather is very hotThe customer has tried turning off/on the air conditioner again, but it doesn't work.So I went down to inform the staff at the counter. He came up and solved the problem by turning on the air conditioner to fan only mode. Even though it turned on, he informed the customer that it had been fixed. (Do you think it will be cool?)The employee who solved the problem informed me that room 205, where customers stay, has frequent problems with the air conditioner.But the hotel still sells rooms with this problem to customers.
