Very Very rude behaviour from one receptionist lady, room service needed to be learnt from other hotels and they also hassle the customer by telling lie and they also charges too much for transportation from hotel to airport.

The reception staff spoke badly at all. The room was not clean, there were a lot of mosquitoes, the air conditioner was very loud. The price is not suitable for the service. Service work even though the room is small and not clean. But I would like the employees to speak well to customers. How do executives teach subordinates? The service is terrible. Talks a lot with customers. The hotel is already dirty. Employees' mouths are even dirtier.

Old hotel, room huge and spacious, basic service, nice water flow in the shower, good value for the price, very quiet place, very near bumrungrad, semisoft bed, nice pillows, linens are old, but clean. Very enjoyable time here. Very comviniently located. Has a small safe.

Enjoyed my stay here, the room was nice and clean, the bathroom was beautiful. Not many amenities and services, but the price is great, and the location was perfect for what I was doing. (Had some business at the Pakistan Embassy, this hotel was right around the corner)

We arrived in Bangkok during an episode of pollution where the activity of the capital is very intense. Our choice of establishment delighted us. …

The experience in this hotel is nice and cozy once settled in. While it doesn't have an elevator, the staff are friendly and strong enough to help bring your stuff up the stairwell to your rooms (which can be a pain to climb since each step measures just well above your ankles). Majority of the electronics are dated, so don't expect your latest HDMI capable device to work with their HDTV if it has HDCP built in. I tested it with an NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV box. A game console might work, though. There's plenty wares to set yourself up a meal or drink provided you order or bring your own eats, and for added cost and convenience, water, beer, Coke, and potato snacks on and in the fridges. There's air conditioning in each room and bathroom for easy cooling and drying.

The only hotel near the Hospital without options.Imagine a couple arrived at the International Hospital, in the night. One Person must go to the emergency. The other person tries to find a nearby hotel. If this happens to You, forget this scam. Not helpful, not flexible, Not even willing to help in emergency situations. Booked online at about 2 am, because they said so. Anyway, checkin is at 14. No exceptions. In an emergency Situation. They should simply be shut down for ever.
