Lived in room 2304.1. The windows are dirty2. No toilet brush3. No soap dish4. there is no aerator on the tap, there’s just a hole there and water rushes in different directions5. No hot water6. The water was turned off several times, after which the water was dirty.7. Sink with mold8. Rain shower doesn't work9. The balcony is rarely cleaned10. Noisy, periodically after 10 pm someone played loud music, in Thai, in Russian, it doesn’t matter.11. They only provide three towels, one of them for feet. This is excusable; for three stars this is normal.12. The bed sheets were changed once in two weeks on the 13th day.13. The buildings are located close to each other, so you have to keep the curtains closed, and there is not enough artificial lighting in the room.14. All cleaning in the room is to sweep, wash the floor, make the bed, even if it is made, wipe the mirror and toilet. All other surfaces remain without cleaning. Nobody cleans horizontal surfaces, the bathroom floor and the shower stall.15. Bread, eggs, vegetables and fruits are not covered with anything; flies often land on them.16. I saw a cockroach in a restaurant crawling right on a sliced watermelon.17. Cockroaches in the room.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I came to eat below the hotel building. The food tastes ordinary, nothing special or delicious. There are just some things that I think are causing the price, namely the stir-fried shrimp that I bought was not worth the price and the food that was brought, I posted pictures and the price for you to see, but the other food was reasonably priced, the shrimp can be counted. Received only 5 shrimp and none of them were large but the price of 320 I think is unreasonable.

The rooms are nice for young people, and the best family rooms consist of two rooms. The hotel service is a little bad, so it is useful for young people and families who are looking for a reasonable price.

I got transferred to another residence close to the hotel ( until now it’s ok ). When i entered to the room, i easily realized how dirty is the room wall, full of black spots. I checked the top of the room and found spiders that i had to deal with by myself. The chairs next to the bed were very smelly and once i turned on the AC, the musty smell was unbearable. I was obliged to cover my noise to avoid the smell. The place wasn’t noisy and the bed was also comfy but the cleanliness wasn’t as it should be.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I had massage there. I live in Thailand more than one year and never experienced such real relax and decent massage! It was perfect! Master Su is the best master. My high recommendation.

One of the worst hotels. First, they put us in Building No. 2, an old building with no water. It is not good and the internet is not good at all. The restaurant and the swimming pool are in another building and this is not comfortable at all. The cleaning is bad and very primitive. I do not recommend it at all.

We stayed for 4 nights, it was decent.Room: Superior DoubleRoom given was facing the road, with nice spacious balcony. No loud noises to distub. sleeping.Toilets were slightly below average, showers had good hot running water with good flow (2nd floor).But the toilet was small and worn out. Worst part was someone in the next room was smoking in the toilet which share ventilation with ours, so it always smelled of smoke. Not great.The room had insufficient lighting. This needs to change as it gets really hard to do things at night.The pool was average and did not have the cleanest water. Pool timing is horrible as well.9am - 6pm

I made 2 bookings for 2 nights with this hotel. During the first night, my family member in the UK had a life threatening medical emergency. I had to immediately fly back to the UK.I told the hotel on my checkout at 6am of the situation. They said no problem contact the booking agent (zen hotels) and they will cancel it. Now zen have told me that Aspery refused to cancel it.Without me mentioning the various bad guests leaving doors open and alarms ringing at various times in the middle of the night, this hotel does not have good management, nor guests, nor empathy.Very disappointed.

Location was great but the service was pretty poor. It’s cheap so you really get what you pay for. The man in a yellow shirt at reception was not welcoming. The lady on the other hand was very helpful.

Aspery hotel is in quiet zone of Patong.Location is not far from Shopping area and Patong beach.Staff : Thai guy at reception did not smile at all. The rest od staff are nice. Especially Thai lady are so welcoming and so kind.Room : spacious, big balcony ,TV functions well.Buffet Breakfast : many choices both Thai and western. So good.Swimming pool: open between 9- 6pm, with The deck for the surrounding view.Unfortunately that Swimming pool is closed too early.

Everything about this place deserves 10 stars not 5! The rooms are great spacious clean and modern amenities and furniture with good WiFi. The location is REALLY good close to everything and a few minutes walking to the beach in the centre of patong. The staff are all extremely helpful and genuinely nice and you always find someone at the reception ready to help that makes sense and speaks good English. There's also massage places next to it and a restaurant inside, I tried that too and it was pretty good and not awfully expensive. There's really not a single thing that is not exceptional about this place and there's no way I'll book any other place if I'll need a room in patong ever again. Thank you to all of you for being so nice and making me feel at home.
