There was a stop for a relative riding a turnip, and he stopped on the fifth floor for 25 minutes, and the turnip did not have air conditioning. He tried to contact the reception, but there was no response, and there was no response to the alarm. He contacted one of the brothers, and then he came to the apartments and told them that a person was stuck in the turnip, and it was opened. The reception service was zero. On the north side, the corridors have an unpleasant smell and the building is old

Stayed here for 6 days 5nights. It was a terrible stay i must say. Very bad receptionist. Please change your front face (receptionist). Soooo unhygienic and bad place Not worth of the money ! Going to be my last visit there and not going to suggest to friends. Need to polish your services.

DISGUSTING hotel! It doesn't even look like a hotel, but a flophouse from the 1970sWe looked for a hotel for 20 minutes and the phone number was out of reach. Finally found. They checked us in for an hour. Then it turned out that the rooms were in another building. When we entered, there was a dead cockroach on the floor. The concierge stood on it so that we wouldn’t notice, but we saw it. After that, we asked for the money back, but they didn’t want to give it back to us. They returned with a scandal. Thank you for returning. Horror !

Cleaners only clean the floor, empty bins and change sheets and towels.They do not wash the sinks nor toilet bowls in the bathrooms. They do not wipe any tabletops nor do they wash the kitchen sink. When I asked a cleaner to wash the sink, he just opened the tap, did not use any cleaning agent like vim or scorer. Only the floor is very clean. Probably cleaners are not trained. What a shame!

Stayed at this hotel for a period of 6 months. Convenient to travel to Bumrungrad Hospital. Near many restaurants It's in a good location, easy to get to. The rooms are quite quiet. There are all items to use. Both kitchenware and washing machines Many things may not be very good. And there were some problems. But the hotel always tries to help solve problems. But many things that we can handle ourselves, we help do. Because I think I will have to stay in this room for a long time. Thank you Mr. Simon, Mr. Sondhi, Nong Bum, Nong Pui, Nong Beam, Nong Toey, Nong Bas, Nong June, Aoy, P' Bem, Nong Boss, P' Golf, Nong Sap and everyone whose names may not be mentioned. who gave Ae excellent care Especially Mr. Sonthi Who listens and solves problems every time. The feeling I get from here is receiving care and attention and really feel like at home. Many people may feel bad about this hotel. But we will continue to be customers here…

For the one bedroom suite: Building and furniture are old and not clean. Bed, light and glass are broken, washing machine smells. Not worth the price. A lot of improvement needed.
