I stayed two weeks for work at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. They are also very flexible. The location is perfect, except maybe the « massage » places in the same street ;)

I recently stayed here. The on-site staff was well-behaved, but I had to talk to the manager, and she was very unhelpful and rude. Also, the location was in the center, but the road you need to reach from the main street is very uncomfortable if you are with your family. I am never going to go there again.

It's clean and comfortable.There is a large window so sunlight comes in.There is a large refrigerator and closet.Phrom Phong Station is easier to get to than Asok Station.Enter Emphere and walk along the elevated road to Phrom Phong Station.

This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars. The room was very clean, the towels were so white and the staff was very friendly.Even though it is located near a busy area, the room is rather quiet. There is a huge mall with gourmand restaurants and IKEA just a few minutes from the hotel. Benchakitti park is 10 min walk

The Lady Owner is very nice & polite, she seen me carrying my washing from the washing machine nextdoor to the hotel (That takes over 3 hours to complete it’s cycle) & gave me a load of hangers to use. The hotel is clean & fairly priced for the area. would stay here again

The location is enough for 5 stars, but then added the friendly staff, and clean affordable room, perfect for people who come to Bangkok and plan to spend most of their time outside of their hotel. It's a simple hotel but it's secure and safe and considering it's location I didn't find it noisy at all very quiet at night, a couple negatives there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage request a room on the first 2 floors to avoid the stairs. And the bathroom is a bit of a squeeze though all manageable. I would happily stay there again for a weekend getaway.

On arrival, you would think, "Oh hell. Situated down an alley behind laundry bars and massage parlors all door to door. On entering the decor said 1970.Then it began. The service was outstanding. No lift but the ladies carried my heavy suitcase up 3 flights. The room was quite small but clean.This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I was booked for 3 nights, but will extend for 3 more. A nice 20-minute walk to the mall. Everything you need nice and handy.
