It's old.The towels are all old and no longer as good as the rags I have at home ㅠㅡㅠI made a reservation with the intention of going out in the morning and playing in the pool during the hot midday hours...They said they don't have a swimming pool and can't use it this year because they haven't signed a contract or are under construction.I can't use it at all except for the larger size.This is the first time in my life that I have been to a hotel without hot water.Above all, the sewer smell...the worst.We chose the residence because there were 4 adults, but we should have gotten 2 rooms at another hotel.There is a reason why there are bad reviews.I had to stop when I saw the person who recently wrote a review.ㅠㅡㅠI can't believe it's not me.I normally don't leave bad reviews when everyone is trying to make a living...I'm writing this review so that I don't ruin my pleasant trip by taking the time to write this.I may have won the worst room with a 3-piece set of stink + ants + cold water, but you can stay in that room too!!If you see this, please quickly find another accommodation.

It was my fault for making a hasty reservation and my fault for not checking the reviews. I made a reservation for 2 days, but I plan to check out tomorrow and go to another hotel. Organize it. The location is good, but it is unhygienic, mosquitoes, flies, mold, no toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gown, and it smells a lot. Deposits are disappearing, but deposits also exist. It's really scary to finish the schedule and go back to the hotel. Congratulations to those who read the review. Because I won’t make a reservation after reading my review. I've stayed in many hotels in Thailand, but this was the worst I've ever had. I hope daylight comes soon tomorrow.

Beware, this is a group of thieves. The pictures are incorrect. There is no club. An old building that lives among the sewers. All kinds of cockroaches and ants. The crew is a liar and exploits the cameras for their own personal account. Take care, people, from the treacherous housing.So that you know that they are treacherous, they have two names in one place, and they register in commercial applications that come in the forms of reception in parking lots. I advise you to escape and look for a known place, do not be tempted by the price.

This hostel is an apartment, and the service in it is not good and does not qualify to be called a hotel because it is less than that and there is no main entrance, and the reception staff’s work ends at 10 pm, and the furniture is dilapidated, and the receptionist’s treatment is bad with the guests, the service is very weak, the cleanliness is bad and the behavior is bad, They ask customers for a security deposit amounting to 1,000 baht and they use everything as an excuse in order to deduct part of it. They do not provide paper towels until after the request. The smell of sewage emanates throughout the room and hall. There is no table or chair in the balcony. The floors of the rooms are rickety. The glass of the room and hall is not insulated from street noise. A bad experience. .

I booked with agoda and wrote a review after checking in, but it was not listed. I booked this hotel as a refundable hotel, but after paying, I found out that it was non-refundable. I immediately called agoda three to four times and complained to them via email. They said there was nothing wrong with the system. I asked to change to another hotel but they insisted that I could only stay in this hotel or change my check-in date. Today, I found that many people on the Internet had the same experience as me when I stayed in this hotel. It made me feel that agoda was cheating me. Concealing the facts and not publishing bad reviews about the stay has caused more people to suffer.I wrote about the following situation, but agoda only said that my review would not be published for some reason. I asked them all the way why they intercepted my post-stay review, and agoda had no reasonable explanation.The hotel is very different from the pictures. It is very old and unhygienic. There is only one female employee every day and the guard's attitude is very bad. There is a smell of underground water after entering the room. I cleaned it by myself for an hour and sprayed insecticide, but there were also many small flies every day. The hotel is endless, the decoration is very old, and the water is blocked after taking a shower. Every day I return to the hotel with a feeling like returning to hell. We booked for 6 nights, but we could only stay 1 night due to the heavy smell that coming out of the bathroom even when the bathroom door was closed. There were also mold at the room. The unbearable smell and the mold was harmfull for human health.We couldnT able to understand how this kind of unhealty facility is still on sale for people.The manager was also rude to the customers.We never recommend the said Residence (!) 187 to anyone! Beaware of this money & holiday trap!!!
