Pet friendly, well-designed rooms and hotel.Rooms on the ground floor for those bringing a pet are damp and humid in the rainy season when we visited, which seems to be a known ongoing issue with the property. We asked for a dehumidifier which indicated 90% humidity where the water tank would be full and have to be drained after 3-4 hours. This was compensated by the management’s understanding/accpetance of the issue, their providing the dehumidifier and offer to change rooms (which we did not take up). We find the level of service provided by front desk and room operation exemplary and worthy of note (we spend more than 90 nights a year in hotels all over the world). F&B service provided at the restaurant breakfast was inconsistent however. We especially appreciated Khun Jam’s friendliness and willingness to always offer his help. The rest of the staff at the restaurant unfortunately seemed to not realize they work in the service industry and rather be elsewhere. We would like to congratulate the GM for Khun Jam, front desk and room operation’s outstanding service. For visitors with a pet, this property is a hidden gem in Bangkok. The location is great for everyone who needs to visit Bamrungrad Hospital. The alley extending from the main Sukhumvit road where the hotel is can get quite busy with cars and motorcycles, and not the cleanest alley in Bangkok. We have a car so this was not an issue for us.

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem! Not only do they serve top-notch food and provide exceptional service, but they also have a free flow of drinks. Yes, you heard me right—unlimited vodka, rum, Mojitos, and more. It's like they knew I was coming! Now, here's where it gets wild: they changed our bedsheets every single day. I mean, even the fanciest 4-star hotels sometimes make you beg for a fresh set. Here, it was like the bedsheet fairy visited daily, leaving everything crisp and clean. And let's talk breakfast—there's a buffet, and you can also order à la carte. I ordered so much that the award-winning chef started giving me the "serious chef" look. You know, the one that says, "I'm putting my heart and soul into this food, so you better enjoy it." And oh, I did!Pro tip: Don’t miss the food court on the hospital’s level 1 nearby. Trust me, it’s the hidden gem you never knew you needed. Plus, if you overindulge at breakfast, you’re already in the right place!

Perfect place to stay especially if you have an appointment at Bumrungrad. The food was exceptional, I got the catch of the day tom yum x 2 because it was so good. We were upgraded to a Jr. suite, the room was very comfortable and had a statement bathtub. Beautiful landscaping and floral arrangements. The pool and gym is a very nice perk. All of the staff were so professional and the service top. Yes, this will be where we stay when we come to Bangkok for Dr appointment.

【whole】It's a medium-sized 4-story hotel surrounded by greenery, with eco-friendly amenities, and it's not too big.【lobby】The lobby, restaurant, and bar are all in one, creating a great atmosphere.[Guest room]A barrier-free guest room with a wood and white color scheme. There is no USB port, so you will need a power adapter that plugs into an outlet.【restaurant】The restaurant is made of glass and the walls of the terrace seats are green, creating a space unlike any other.Breakfast had a wide variety of main dishes, and dinner was delicious as well. The strawberry smoothie at the breakfast buffet was delicious, but too much came out at once and spilled.[Barrier-free]There is a slope next to the stairs to the lobby, and the guest room floors are also barrier-free, but the only way to get to the elevator from the lobby to the guest rooms is by stairs. (It seems to be there somewhere)【access】You can get a tuk-tuk from the hotel to the BTS station. It takes about 0 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel, but the road is not in good condition.[Problem]When I checked in, there was no toilet paper at all, and the check after cleaning seemed weak.

A beautiful hotel nestled in a quiet part of town offering a comfortable stay and decent facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge breakfast spread which comprised both western and local cuisines. Service was impeccable; staff were helpful with booking train tickets to go to Ayuthayya and kept for us a precious t-shirt which we had left behind after checking out. There were some aspects which we found lacking, such as the shortage of space to hang clothes and a strange ticking noise that came from our refrigerator at random times of the night. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning!

The superior plus rooms are alright, one large open space. Breakfast comes with ala carte mains and some buffet items. Tastes good. Some stairs to reach the main entrance and towards rooms. Swimming pool is OK. ||There are two 7-11s along the alley on the way to hotel. Nice walking path to Benjakiti Park opposite the main road.||
