I stayed at this hotel twice because the location is close to BTS and food places, but I can't stand your staff service at the front desk when I checked in. I asked them if there is any umbrella to borrow during the heavy rain, but the staff seemed unwelcomed and annoyed by my request. The staff was the small boy with short bang with mushroom hair style - he asked me to contact him again after going to my room; then I came back for the umbrella and he seemed upset and showed the paper form for me to sign with no manner and spoke to me like I asked for your items for free when I was your guest! I was not unsure that he was having a bad day or not, but he should not have put his personal emotion to others especially to your guests.I paid for a good hospitality and service, not unwelcomed actions and petty words from your staff. :)Please manage your staff behaviors. I am afraid that there were more reports about your staff of your hotel, so please consider otherwise you will get more worse reviews in future from others as well. Xoxo.

Very close to Phrom Phong station. The room is small, the air conditioner doesn't work well, it smells a bit, and it's old. A hotel that can be used for transit to Pattaya, Phuket, or the airport.Convenient as there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.It rained heavily that night, and the power went out several times.The parking lot is quite large, so it's okay to use Grab for a larger car, but the driver was quite confused.

We arrived at 8/11 mid night. The staff was tired and cannot find our reservation which has been paid earlier. He asked us to pay one night first and tried to clarify with team next morning. We had no choice but paid again for first night. We clarified with the staff next morning and she confirmed we have successfully booked and promised to refunded the additional we paid. But after one week, we still didn’t receive any refund. We have all the records and will see when they can refund.Update on 2 Sept. 3 weeks after this incident: their staff responded that the refund is still with accounting team and under review. It would take 2-3 weeks at least. This is very ridiculous. It seems they are playing the game and doesn’t want to refund at all.Updated on 9 Sept. 4 weeks after this, their accounting department still stated it is in the process of review and delaying the refund. Anyone knows if this is normal in Bangkok and how to file the complaint to the authority?

There are few receptionists and all reception responses are slow. Room requests were also a problem because no one answered the phone. The breakfast restaurant was not cleaned up, so there was no place to sit and other people had to share a table.

Rooms are small but major issue is with washrooms with water spilling from shower/bathtub no matter how much you adjust, in the whole washroom.The hotel doesn't even provide.green tea or any black tea sachets.Breakfast doesn't match a 4 star one, only one type of egg, no variety each day, fruits and butter not being replenished, even at 8.30 am (breakfast time 6-10 am) was told 2-3 fruits were overService really bad on check out, asked to pay 800 THAI BHAT for a stain on comforter. I have never had any hotel asked for.money.fir.stain. pathetic

Really great for price and location. Need better service and cleaning. Room size and amenities were perfect for the price. Found hair in the room (photo) but for the price I paid, I can't complain as I booked the room last minute the night before and the price was cheap.They need more staff or at least staff who are not "busy" with their own guests. Requested late check out and granted until 1240 but check in and check out both all the staff were too busy to help you. Receptionist girl was always busy with her own paperwork she did not respond or even look up to help.

The accommodation was dirty and the room condition was good. However, after washing in the bathtub, the water that splashed outside was easily dissipated and exposed to the sea of the Han River.It's a bit scary because it's an entertainment district around the accommodation.It would be better to go to another accommodation.

Air conditioning in the facility is not working. Glasses in the room were full of detergent residue. After all, not having a plug by your bedside is fatal.

Rooms are old, mattresses old and broken. Room 240. Check in was slow but we got through it. Executive is minimum for decent room, the premium and lower are worse. The price is low that’s why we booked here, but there are way better spots around the corner for a little more. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

I stay this hotel everytime when i come to bangkok, near by the BTS (3min walk) . Near the shopping mall Emqartier, and park. Staff are professionnal and speak well english.Room is clean, large, and the view is direct on the street/town.They have a" famous "restaurant in front but finally the food is normal and same other place...I recommand Arize!

It looks old and needs to be reniwed. Very small room and a bit smelly . Old and small bathroom. Not very clean. Staff doesn’t speak English but there is a good breakfast. Not noisy and Perfect position near shops and skytrain and of course the Main Street.

In addition to the convenient location, there is a 7-11 and Rongtai downstairs. Everyone should carefully consider whether to choose this hotel. The rooms are simple and dilapidated, the front desk staff is insufficient and their attitude is poor. It is the second hotel out of three nights.There was no water supply that night. The response was that there was a problem with the hotel's water pump, but the waiter had no solution and just kept asking you to wait. Then on the third night, the bathroom shower hose broke... In addition, the air conditioner in the hotel room is designed to blow towards the bedside. Yes, be careful to catch a cold. There are only two two-pin plugs in the room, and there are only five TV stations to choose from. The strangest thing is that you can't see any Thai TV stations. I feel that this hotel is just a hotel level, only suitable for guests who have no requirements.
