Located in Soi Thonglor 25, drive along the alley and you'll be on the right hand side. It may look small but it's fully equipped and modern.The top floor has a swimming pool and fitness center.Lovely service staffThere is a nail salon downstairs and the staff are lovely as well.

The location was good. The view from my 3rd room was great.I checked in my first room was okay so I upgraded and the room I was given was worse all mild smelling and cold tiles falling off and the floor making noise when you walk. I then asked to be moved I was taken to the next room . Was little better.1st breakfast the coffee cups where not even up to half and was dirty I called the reception to complain no one came I took it down myself and all they said was they will make a new one.WiFi was an issue keep on buffering all the time.I did asked to see the manager never saw her or him for the 6 nights I spent there.Anyway I can go on and on but it's really a shame how things are done.

It is unsure what makes them received such a low score. For an affordable hotel, I believe this one provided everything and more. The service was excellent, as the rooms were meticulously cleaned every day. A couple of mineral water bottles are provided every day. It may not be enough for a heavy drinker, but mineral water in Thailand is inexpensive. Just acquire some yourself. Five of us stayed here, and we were all pleased with everything this property has to offer. Most essential, the bed is clean and comfortable, the air conditioning works well (to nearly freezing), and the bathroom is clean.

First of all, the attitude of the staff at check-in was very bad. Silent response until the end? ? 😑I had to request the pillow twice before it arrived.Tap water is also yellow🟡The location is also quite inconvenient. I seriously can't recommend it.

Hotel didn't have our room type, so we stayed for less nights and they promised a refund. Now these scammers refuse to pay the refund.Also Hotel is dirty, they fold your bedsheets in the hallway on the floor, rooms are not cleaned properly, nobody is a reception half the time.

I had a comfortable stay in a two-room hotel.The hotel is good and close to Tongle.The downside is that it's located in an alley, so it's a bit of a hassle to get to the convenience store or anywhere on foot.I recommend it as it is good value for money.

Terrible experience. We had no towels in our room upon check in, no hot water, the beds are rock hard, breakfast was inconsistent and not nice, the staff were rude and we even had a staff member enter our room at 9pm while we were in bed. Would not recommend staying here.

I don’t travel often , this hotel has made me hate travelling. There were no towels in our room when we checked in. No hot water. The bed was like a concrete block. A hotel worker opened our door and came into our room at 9pm while we were in bed. I asked 3 times for a mattress topper for the minimum so we could at least sleep at night and the staff was awful and said there’s nothing they can do tonight. Hate this place . Look elsewhere

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We havn’t had hot water since checking in yesterday and asking 4 times. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The area is not nice. The beds are like sleeping on concrete.

Numerous unbelievable thing happened at the hotel that I had never experienced elsewhere. Biggest problem was the safe box (completely broken, and was not only in my room but multiple rooms!) unacceptable Dirty stains on sheet, bed, towels and pillow (looked as if it was never washed). Balcony slide won’t close + can’t lock therefore tons of mosquitoes and cockroaches entered my room (asked one of the staff, they didn’t seem to care and said quite “Just kill it”. Reception staff not taking their job serious, always on their phone or calls even when guests arrive for our check-ins. Water heater not functioning so had to take a shower in cold water (multiple rooms not only myself). Very very slow wifi, gets disconnected very easily (unpleasant feeling).If you’re a clean freak like myself this isn’t for you, the staff speaks English but they are lazy and won’t attend all your calls.

I don’t like their service I buy or 20 days with breakfast and our breakfast we have ask everyday for it and sometimes they didn’t give and other things also that’s I don’t like they take extra 10,000 bht from my toooo expensive for like this hotel … I think I will not go again

Came to stay for the 2nd time, first time staying in a new building inside. The overall room is very good. But this time Got a bigger room The room condition is a bit old. The bathtub doesn't work, the air conditioner is loud, but what is unacceptable is the service of the receptionist. Rarely smiles at customers Came twice and said the room was full. Even though we booked in advance Paid the full amount more than 20 days in advance, but the room was not reserved. It's good that he didn't leave us looking for a new room. But it feels bad. Good that it's convenient to travel.

Avoid this place! Disgusting hotel!! Some of the rooms have no windows, the rest are in terrible condition (shabby walls, damaged furniture, disgusting smell)!! And they refuse to give refunds!
