I recently stayed at five by grace and found the experience to be a mixed bag. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. The staff members are generally kind and attentive, which adds a positive touch to the overall stay.However, my experience was marred by the behavior of the senior management and the security staff , particularly an managers level who i don’t know the namer of her and she didn’t even want to say her name though. I found that this specific manager to be consistently disrespectful, rude, and uncooperative, which significantly impacted my stay. This negative interaction overshadowed the otherwise good aspects of the hotel.While the accommodations and junior staff are commendable, the attitude of senior management,needs significant improvement for a more enjoyable and respectful guest experience.

The worst night in a hotel of my life. The room was excellent, but since dawn the sound of the workers and the drill in the building next to the hotel was very annoying and we were not able to sleep. When I first arrived, they knew that I was sitting alone, so I was tired because I could not change the room at dawn and go the next day.

The reception staff was rude and unprofessional she didn’t put a tag for her name. They accepted and confirmed to us that we can extend for payable half day, but next day at 11 am they asked us to check out because the rooms were full (with shouting). Very noisy rooms, there is a night club next to the hotel you can’t sleep from the music. Will never come back again.

The rooms are absolutely NOT soundproof, and you keep hearing opening/closing of doors, people talking or screaming at all times of the day especially in the middle of the night and early morning. The staff are very friendly, though, but the hotel is in a terribly notorious soi with lots of nightlife, so guests tend to be up and active til late. Absolutely a nightmare if you don't come here for the nightlife.

Dealing with the morning saw is very bad, the hotel service is exhausting, and the interaction in speech is not appropriate for the Gulf. To be honest, dealing with entry through intermediaries is the first and last time, and it is not useful for families.The whole room has cockroaches, the room has been changed twice, and the room is very smallThere is no insulation in the rooms
