The best part of this hotel is not only the hotel it self but also its location. It is near the BTS Phrom Phong station. This is my second time staying here, and this time, I can’t not mention to Ms. yim and all the staff because they are so helpful and still impressive. Thank you very much. ..^_^!!

Love the concept of this place. The room is exactly the same as shown on website. Good facility. Many good restaurants near by and walkable to BTS station.Room condition is good. But it can be a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffics.Some staffs are very nice and some aren’t.Overall good. The udon restaurant at the first floor serves good food. Recommend!

Very good location, clean and tidy, very close to shopping malls and Terminal 21. You can walk or take the BTS which is 1 station away. Also, Ms. yim and Ms. Aumi, they tried to help me contact the Pocket Wi-Fi shop to solve the problem and it was very important for me. I will definitely come back to stay again when I am in Bangkok.

Going to pick up a customer, Jae didn't let the car stop to pick him up. Park on the side of the road. It's a 2 lane road. How do I park? Just go and park to pick up customers. What would it be like? Said I couldn't get in. Find a place to park yourself. If there are customers coming to stay, I recommend staying somewhere else. It will be convenient when receiving and sending.

We checked in fast, & they agreed to keep our luggage full day after checking out while flight was leaving 2am.Room was clean & tidy, minimalist style.No plastic policy, but water refill machine on each level.Overall a good place to stay while spending the days outside in crazy Bangkok.

This accommodation looks quite newWell equipped!There are also washing machines, tableware, microwaves, kettles, pots, refrigerators, etc. in the room.The overall design is Japanese styleThey also have shared space!There is also a refrigerator, microwave, tableware, and water dispenser inside!So if you choose a smaller room, you can still use the facilities in the shared space! My wife and I lived at LiveZen for 7 weeks. Yes, actually seven consecutive weeks. It’s because we loved it so much. Here is why:The location is amazing. A very short walk to Emquartier, Emsphere, and Emporium malls. Unlimited food options near by. Also, it’s very close to the Phrom Phong BTS station. So convenient.The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring. Yim, Nice, Aumi, Grace, and the rest of the staff are wonderful and were the best part of our stay. Even Tony the guard outside on the day shift made us feel like family!The rooms are very clean and very functional for short or long term stays. We stayed in the bigger studios with a kitchen and it was perfect for two people. We were comfortable there for 2 almost months.Lastly, one of the biggest perks is that each floor has a co-working space. We were working the whole time there and having a big spacious space to take calls and stay focused outside of our guest room made a huge difference. It’s perfect for a digital nomad. Also, unlimited filtered water!I 100% recommend LiveZen, especially if you want an amazing blend of style, work space, friendly staff, and convenience.

The hotel is close to BTS and the newly opened Bangkok shopping mall. There are many Japanese restaurants near the hotel location, but there is also the famous Michelin Thai Wing fish egg noodle. The rooms are clean and the management is very Japanese. Some rooms have terraces suitable for resting after laundry. The public kitchens are also very clean and tidy. The air conditioning is quite sufficient. However, it is noisy outside at night, so those who are very sensitive to sound should take a test.*Accommodation date: June 13-15, 2024
