We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The room we stayed in was big with a reasonable price around that area.
Just 15 mins walk to EM area (malls) and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Washroom is equipped with technology and it’s like a mixture of old French with modern classy.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Spacious and quiet rooms with a washing machine, kitchenette. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Some of the amenities are a bit old but overall the hotel is clean and well-maintained.

LA49 Hotel in Bangkok exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and spotless, with the added bonus of Japanese toilets for extra comfort. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the shuttle service was convenient for getting around. The only downside was the slightly distant location from the city center, but overall, it's a fantastic choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Bangkok.

The room equipment is not new and the location is not very lively! But all the service staff in the hotel make people feel very warm, like family in another country! Makes you want to stay here all the time!Thank you for taking care of everyone during your stay~

We had a great stay at LA49Hotel! We arrived on a early flight and was able to get a early check in thanks to the staff. The property is clean and quiet with a washing machine, induction, plates, cups, and a microwave. The hotel also provides a complimentary tuk tuk ride to the nearest bts stations and the emporium. Perfect hotel for us and we will be staying here again in the future!

For the price this is an excellent hotel in a great location.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.I feel like I do need to address one comment in a previous review regarding the staff members’ English and helpfulness. We were checked in by that security guard and we speak no Thai but we made it work, he was lovely and very friendly. I’m visiting a Thai country so I’m not expecting everyone to speak perfect English with me, and our phones have translation apps on them these days if that’s really a problem for you. I’m very happy for local people to have good jobs, and a smile and nod goes a long way.We loved that the room had a washing machine, this was super handy. We also really enjoyed making use of the rooftop, we LOVED the sauna followed by a quick rinse in the outdoor shower and a dip in the pool.Overall we found this such a charming and relaxing place to stay, like an oasis in the middle of the bustling city.We found the area very safe and walkable. We loved looking at the beautiful buildings, gardens and shops.There’s also great coffee a short walk away at PPAL Sukhumvit 49, a 7-11 around the corner, a massage parlour, and Tuk Tuks are readily available to flag down from the street just around the corner.The one fault I could find is I found the towels were a bit tired- should be replaced with new ones. Overall I don’t think you could find anything comparable for the price in the area. Thanks so much for having us. We would love to come back one day.

I’m shocked this place has such good reviews.Room is old and walls and furniture were worn out… I could look past this if it was actually clean. The room smelled so bad and we had a cockroach first night. water shower smelled moldy. The bed and bedding are pretty bad and only two pillows for a king size bed. Staff was nice and helpful … but would not recommended or stay again personally.
