Very value for money given what’s on priced.No frills hotel but comes w clean big room and toilet. Daily housekeeping as well.Amenities within d room with daily replenished 2 sachets of Nescafe coffee, creamers and sugar n a bottle of shampoo n shower gel.U can use the gym , sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel next to it and have free hot drinks from the vending machine- mocha to expresso.Crossing across u have lot of restaurants n cafe to cheap food centre if you are hungry.Very near to BTS station. Exit 4 n walk straight. Once u crossed a road junction, the hotel is just beside an Irish pub.FYI, No much cable tv program which I don’t watchI will be back for future stay if the price remains.

Rooms were very clean. Service was ok, not that I ordered anything via room service. Location is really good as well. Very close to the BTS line and on the opposite side of the hotel is a really good food court.

A key card deposit of 1,000 cash is required.If not, deposit by card. real peopleThere are very few clothes hangers in the bathroom, not convenient.There is enough parking.The parking point is a short walk to the lobby, but if it rains, you can pass through the area without a wet roof.

The reception has been renovated and is beautiful, but since it was originally the former Hopeland Hotel that was renovated and used, even though the walls and ceiling are relatively clean, the building itself is old in places. The room is sufficient for a single person, but it may be a little cramped for a couple. There is no bathtub, only a shower. The wash basin is large and easy to use. The air conditioner in the room was built-in, so it was difficult to adjust the room temperature, so I woke up in the middle of the night feeling cold. It might be a little difficult for people who are sensitive to cold. There is a glass wall between the room and the bathroom, so you can feel like you're in a love hotel.The power supply is card-insertable, but they give you two key cards, so you'll always have a cool room waiting for you when you return from the hot weather. I think it's in a good location, 2-3 minutes walk from Phra Khanong Station, and costing about 1,000 THB per night, it's the best value for money. I think it's good overall. Also, the fitness center, pool, and parking lot can be shared with Hopeland, so you can also work on your physical fitness. You can also drink free coffee.

The service staff is very indifferent. There is no one to help carry the guests' bags. The room rate does not include breakfast. There is no room service. The staff saw a guest dragging a bag with headphones and didn't come to help and just sat and watched. I've never seen this.Call the staff and just say hello. And without saying anything, the name of the hotel still wasn't said at all. In the room there were insects and dead mosquitoes on the wall.

I think the only good thing is the appearance.The hallway to the room is very dark. It's not dirty, but it's not clean either.I thought it would be okay just to sleep, but there were roaches in the room (I didn't bring in or leave food as I had just checked in), so I won't be returning.

Our room was on the 5th floor which became noisy due to rain and the receptionist and other staff didn't understand basic English. I called several times to check out and send someone for luggage and they could not understand the common words like check out, bell boy, send someone, urgent i have flight, etc. we stayed in krabi resort and the staff was so well in communication.

The pool, gym and sauna are located on the Hopeland property next door. I will use that. Tyson Hotel's cleaning standards are too lenient. I was speechless when I checked in on the first day. There were a lot of insects like ants near the bed. If you give in 100 steps, the insects may have no choice. However, there was a lot of hair on the floor, and there was paper and hair around the toilet. There was no sign that the floor had been wiped. Soap stains were left behind in the sink. I have been making requests for 3 days, but the areas I pointed out have not been improved at all. I don't think information is shared between staff. I think the hotel managers should review their manuals and significantly improve their cleaning standards.

It was my worst experience of staying at hotel. Staff was extremely impolite and rude. Hotel rules said you have to pay extra money for early check in if you come from 6am to 12am. But there is no charge after 12am. So I had come in with a baby after a long flight exactly at 12 and they charged me extra money instead of describing that I can wait for 1 minute and avoid being charged. Circumstances was not on my side and I didn't have enough time to read thir rules properly. I feel it was very dishonest from them. Also AC in my room wasn't working and my child had to suffer there for few hours (and it's around 50 degrees in Bangkok now). After all I had not received any appologies from the stuff. They was happy to deceive me on extra payment and had laught in my face. I definately recomend everyone to avoid staying in this hotel and meet this persons anywhere.

Good location because its near green line / BTS. Mall is near to the hotel. Food you can find nearby and open for 24hrs. Shared facilities with Hopeland. Gym pool sauna jacuzzi steam can be found here. Just beware of tbe ants.
