As is often the case, the photos no longer convey the actual condition. Everything is a bit old. Terrace on the back yard. But it's okay for the price at Samet standards

The rooms are excellent for the money. In August the price is probably the same and should be 650 baht/room for 2 peopleWe stayed 3 nights, 8 rum. We took 4 numbers. Everything worked.TV channels are only Thai. But we don’t need a TV. Internet free high speed over 100mb/s.The air conditioner worked, the refrigerator tooOf course, they are not up to the level of a condo for a month's vacation, as there is no stove, large refrigerator or washing machine. Although you can do laundry for 60 baht across the road in Landry.And there are no closets for storing things.I’ll write right away that the pillows are hard, they can give you a headache.But for short stays of 1 week it’s definitely suitable. I would sit here for a month even for complete relaxation and the absence of industrial noise. But I need a full-fledged kitchen, because eating Thai food for a month is a dubious pleasure.

The staff, particularly the mom and daughter team, were incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to go the extra mile.While we arrived early at 9:30 am, check-in wasn't until 2:00 pm. However, the staff kindly stored our luggage so we could explore the area.Cleanliness: The sheets and covers were clean.Amenities: The room had a kettle and hairdryer. Free 🛜Necessary little things: 2 packs were provided for two: instant coffee, tea bags, sugar.Convenient location: There is a 7/11 store nearby.Unexpected deposit: Upon check-in, we were asked for a 500 baht deposit, which we were not prepared for.

For €10.80 each for two I think it's very good. Very close to the port but also very close to the main street and the beach. The fridge works well, the Wi-Fi not so much, if you have to work like me it's better to use the phone's hotspot. Hot water, the kitchen would be more useful if it had at least a fire, because essentially it only has a sink, plates, cups, forks... the outside patio is very comfortable, the room is spacious. The bed is XXXXL!The only problem that there was (but it doesn't have to do with our apartment, but rather with the one next door whose owner is another person, it's another proper accommodation) is that a thief entered at 4 in the morning trying to steal and chaos happened. We woke up to the screams and stayed out there until 5:30 with the police and the family who lived in the apartment next door. The problem is that there are no cameras, neither in our apartment nor in the one next door. We did not find it very safe that the main door to enter from our patio to the corridor is accessible to anyone as it lacks a lock. The room can be closed and the windows as well. Nonetheless, the thief apparently also tried to enter our space but it was more difficult to access than the apartment next door which you can enter as soon as you open the patio door.For the rest, everything ok. They also cleaned the room and stocked it with various things (toilet paper, etc). Everything was clean when we arrived.

This is a budget place for friends or someone is looking for a cozzii place you can grill ,party they have fridge plates everything its located at the center, market is near ,beaches are also near but the best thing you do is to rent a bike for you to roam around the island and try to go beach hopping.... there's a lot of massive friendly dogs and cats,they are more friendly than human,also with the sky view, this place is good
