The establishment enjoys an excellent location, just 5 minutes by motorbike from the port. The place is peaceful, as the road ends 2-3 km after the hotel. It is therefore a perfect choice for those looking for calm. The bungalows are in excellent condition externally, although the rooms are a little dated but nevertheless clean. The view of the sea is splendid.

Functional bungalow with sea view. Nice location. Quite calm. Very average breakfast. The staff speaks little English but remains pleasant and helpful. About 30 minutes walk from Sai Kaew.

Were there 3 nights. The service is TOP, the rooms are OK and clean, of course it's not luxury, it's only a 3 star hotel. The breakfast is designed for Asians, if you value a European breakfast you will be disappointed. We were there with our children and more than satisfied with the price-performance ratio.

Very quiet, calm, secluded place. The rooms are clean and have enough space.Breakfasts are not varied, but quite good: cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages (tasteless), rice, stewed chicken of two types, stewed vegetables, toast, jams, sometimes croissants and muffins, fruit (sometimes there was only watermelon), tea and coffee , "juice".Towels are changed every day and a bottle of water is provided. From the hotel to the pier it's a 15 minute walk. The road is illuminated at night.Prices in the cafe are average; you can find cheaper ones in the village. The beach is a narrow strip. Shade from umbrellas, no trees. The sun loungers are on the flooring, all broken.Near the pool they are intact. There is a shower near the pool. The beach is not bad, there are no strong waves, it is very good for those who like to swim. Boats and ferries travel at a great distance and do not interfere.Birds are chirping, frogs are crowing, roosters are crowing. Geckos run along the walls of houses. There is an atmospheric bar nearby, and bike rentals are nearby. There are several cafes on the way to the pier.

This hotel had pros and cons. If you are just visiting from Bangkok it’s a great place to stay and you get your own villa for a really good price. That being said if you are booking this as a Thai island resort vacation you may be disappointed but this is more about Koh Samed itself than the hotel.Room was clean and although the bathroom was certainly on the older side with a low pressure shower it’s really not bad at all. Room had a lovely window with direct sea view. Breakfast and check in area are a little sparse and really have a budget hotel feel which maybe lets down the resort a bit, if this area were improved the hotel would have received five stars from me.The other difficulty is location. This hotel is about a 25 min walk from the 7/11 and maybe 30-35 to the main town. Motorbikes are available for rent but this wasn’t a good option for us. Taxis are also available but take a long time to arrive. There are a few nice food options nearby but not many, so this can get a little tedious. The trade off for this is the nice private beach which whilst small is lovely and has nice views of the mainland. Many of the beaches on Koh Samui seem crowded so it’s lovely to have this space. Pool is also a nice area though we found it much busier than the beach.Staff are helpful and kind and are willing to help you with most things like taxis.
