15/9/2024 The room is average, the swimming pool water is dirty, and there are many leaves and sand at the bottom of the pool. The room cleaning was sloppy, the breakfast was mediocre, and the room price in the peak season was not worth it, but it was acceptable in the off-season.

The staff were very nice and took good care of us. This time, the rooms were full. I was secretly a little sad about getting a room where the water didn't flow or the water wasn't warm, but the staff hurried to fix it very quickly, even though it had to be repaired 2 times. Staying here was comfortable. Warm and friendly #Had Wong Duean

Firstly positive points are the great staff and faultless location, rooms are a bit tired as is the small swimming pool, nearly all rooms are around the pool so when it gets busy it’s not great, the cleaning of the room was not great,we had an ice bucket from the night before left in the room and the ashtray on the balcony not emptied, also greasy head stains on the headboard (see picture) first 24hours was ok then a large school party arrived and it was bedlam, putting the sunbeds in the sea, drinking and just constant noise (see pictures) my wife is Thai and we found the food fairly average (nice and easy next door good) we would try somewhere else next time

Arrived on Ko Samet after 16 days of traveling. Nice hotel with rooms right next to the pool. There is some visibility, but you can also just leave your curtains closed.  …

it is a nice restort BUT it smells very much like fish, then when we walked into our room the air conditioning leaked so the floor was super wet the shower automatically goes from hard to a piss stream the tiles of the shower are really dirty and there is In addition, when we had clearly used 3 beds, there was mold on the shower curtain, room service only provided 2 new towels

Food given like a beggar You have to buy water. The size of the fruit dessert also counts pieces. I've never seen anywhere with a buffet like this before. I couldn't get enough to eat. The accommodations were good, but the food was really bad. Lunch made to order At night, choose to choose Shabu on the first day. It came with seafood that was not fresh at all. Another night, I chose a side dish, which was really disgusting, giving me a little of each. It's not given as a food set. But only letting people order a few a la carte dishes is probably 3, which is the laziest. Water must be purchased for every meal. Not to mention soft drinks or ice, they are very expensive to buy. Learn to look at other places. with the word buffet Since I was born I have stayed in hotels. There's nowhere like this.
