We stayed for 2 days 1 night. Booked through Agoda for 2,400 ฿ but got a refund of 400 ฿. Very good value. Stayed in a beach front room. The room is beautiful, clean, exactly as described, sea view, cool air conditioner. Delicious breakfast There are many things to choose from. But there is no table to put something to eat outside in front of the balcony.

The beach is very beautiful compared to other beaches I've been to. Travel near the pier without wasting time traveling. Dinner is eaten on the beach. The battery can be fully charged. I want to stay for another month ❤️

The week before I went to rest, it was a very chill vacation. The atmosphere is very good in the morning, sitting and watching the sun on the beach. The rooms are clean, the breakfast tastes good, all the staff members. Very friendly Always asking and giving advice. Relaxing for 2 days and 1 night, I recommend this place. Oh, another thing, I booked a promotion for 1000 baht per person. Overall, it's worth it. I'll definitely go again.

I like it. The atmosphere is good. There aren't many people on the day I go.Booked through Facebook as a package including a roundtrip boat. Very convenient. 😆😆😆

If compared to the price you get, it's not worth it. The room is quite shabby. The water used for bathing smells. I can't take a shower or wash my face. Have to use drinking water to brush your teeth instead. The room is not quite soundproof. Plus, the door can't be locked. The knob is broken. When I sleep, I have to use something else to push the door down.

*Book a seaside room for 3,000 baht but the atmosphere you get is 30 baht.-The staff did not notify in advance that there would be a tour group coming to stay on the same day as us, about 40 people. But came to inform us when we went to check in. On the day we stayed there was just our room and the tour group.-The staff clarified that noise will be used until 10 p.m., which we are still okay with because other places have rules like this. But the reality is that the tour group went out to eat and came back later. At 9:00 p.m., then they turn on the music and make (a lot) loud noises, disturbing them until 3 a.m.!! The room is not soundproof. Makes us unable to sleep-Employees are negligent. Not having to deal with what happened was not resting and was very tiring.-Food is quite expensive. But the food is delicious. The staff taking orders speaks well.-In the morning we went to eat. But you must eat quickly and enter the room. The tour groups also came out to eat and seemed to be waiting to sit where we sat even though there were a lot of seats. We had to eat quickly and take some of it to the room to eat. It's like you haven't come to rest.*Mainly facilitating group tours*Whoever is coming to stay, please ask if there will be a tour group coming.It was a trip where I didn't feel like I was resting at all.

The staff didn't inform us in advance that there would be a tour group of about 40 people coming to stay (which is a lot), but they informed us at check-in and said that the sound would be used until 10 p.m., which we were still okay with. But the reality is that the music is turned on and the noise is disturbing until 3 a.m.!! We patiently slept. The staff didn't have a handle on what was happening at all. It was a rest that was not restful and very tiring.*I recommend anyone staying privately to call first and ask if there are group tours available.*Accommodation should be proportionate and be more strict about noise.*The first and last time

From having been to Samet 5 times This place is the worst at a similar price. The outside is so-so, beautiful in some spots, inside (the room we stayed in) not at all.- The room on the building with sea view that is the check-in building is in a very rotten condition. Price 2000 per night Not worth it at all, really a waste of money. The bathroom was dirty like it was just flushing with water. There is no rubbing. The ceiling has moldy paint marks. It is assumed that water from other floors seeped in. The curtains are torn. The mattress sags and causes a lot of back pain when sleeping. The kettle and drinking glasses have only dust. The furniture is plywood that has decayed, but they put tape on it.- If you're thinking of staying, I recommend the room downstairs next to the dining area, price 2500, but the disadvantages are different: no soundproofing, the room isn't bright, the lights are dim, and it's not very private. People passing by could hear it. But the condition is newer than the building. The air conditioner is not as new as in the building, but it's cool. The mattress is comfortable.- There are sea urchins in front of the beach. Two people went to play in the water and were hit by shellfish. Good thing we put our shoes on.- Breakfast has many things, enough to eat the usual ABF, fried instant noodles, porridge, delicious fried chicken with ginger. Eating time 8:00-10:00 a.m. Appreciate.- Supboard is in very rotten condition. You shouldn't let customers use it. Please change it. Life jackets are already getting old.- Impressed with the service staff, a small man with somewhat white skin, good service, and a cheerful smile. Greeting and talking to customers Really very cute. She looks hardworking and active.- Songthaew fare to the accommodation from the pier If you hurry, don't wait for the turn. (There is a round every hour. Not sure how much.) Buy it yourself for 200 baht per trip.- Do not bring food into the accommodation.

Seaview was awesome. Samed Seaside was the perfect choice for our long holiday. Staffs were helpful and generous. A bit far from Saikaew beach but fine. Hope to be back one day 🤍
