This hotel should be avoided, I felt literally ripped off. They took the 3 night accommodation fee in advance and when I wanted to leave due to health problems, they did not give me my money and tried to burn the deposit they took, using the excuse that there was a coffee stain on my sheets. I caught a virus along with lots of flies at dinner and had to be treated in the hospital. Even though we called many times, the hotel manager told us that he was busy and made the employees take my photos. The construction of the shed next door was terrible, as was the hotel operation.

Unable to welcome by opening the room, waiting and waiting for a long time to be resolved. The staff is very bad. Can't chk out before time. Unless you have to go to the hospital. If you have health problems, you should not stay here. Guarantee you won't come here again. Food is expensive, not near 7-11.

The rooms are ok, the location is ok, next to the sea, private beach, not many people, but the staff sometimes still don't understand each other, such as having to wait for an hour for a welcome drink at the bar, etc. The food is ok, the rooms are reasonable for the price. Suitable for holidays

Not the most pleasant stay I had from 07 to 09 Jun 24.1. There was ongoing renovation in the resort that blocked the seaview from the room entirely. I wasn't notified of this when I booked through Agoda. The noise was really loud and annoying in the morning during breakfast which is absolutely ridiculous when the management allowed such noisy works during breakfast time. Totally spoiled the mood. Best part was, the noise stopped after breakfast time. The management simply need to wake up and walk the ground.2. As the resort is undergoing renovation, they don't even bother putting up signs to direct you to your room or the lobby or the exit to the main road.3. The beach by the resort is small and the view is just okay. Better to stay at other beaches.4. No eateries and minimal shops around the area. Good for those who prefer a quiet environment but you need to rent a scooter if you want to stay here. Too inconvenient to get around otherwise.5. Nothing much to do at the resort itself. Wasn't offered kayaking or other activities and the sunbed was dirty. The beach not enticing to chill there anyway.6. The room is ok.

New and tidy! Actually looked at resort next door which ended up being a hovel. Luckily low season and plenty of rooms available with bargaining for an upgrade. Staff are friendly but poor English and not trained enough- unfortunate for such a nice resort. Food is ok but not memorable- had much better in small local places.Worth a couple of Days but for a longer stay Koh Samed doesn't offer much and the island has serious rubbish problems- piles everywhere along roads and right next to the resorts / beach. Water and beaches are clean though.Need some TLC and proper management and it could be an awesome little place!Very convenient being 2 hours drive from Bangkok.Best wishes to management and please invest in crew training and listen to your customers!
