Conveniently, outside the hotel there is a noodle shop. Walk a little further and there is 7-11. The rooms are clean, no unpleasant odors. The staff, security guards, and housekeepers are all lovely.

This is a clean modern hotel in downtown Rayong surrounded by various Thai and Japanese restaurants and bars. Despite the many eateries and bars, it is very quiet. Returnable key deposit. The room is fine and the AC is really cold. There are a staircase and a fast lift. The only downside is the narrow parking. There is no hotel restaurant

It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service staff is very good, both women and men. Forgot something at the counter and the staff brought it back to the front of the room. Very impressive. Parking is convenient. We use motorbikes to drive in. It's very easy. Free coffee and bread are provided. But it seems like the room isn't soundproof and doesn't soundproof from the outside. I'd like to improve this a little. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable. The bed is soft. The room at this price and what you get is very good value for money. P.S. We stay for 400฿ per night. There will definitely be a next time 😊

No matter how many times I have met a man with harsh manners, I have not been impressed at all. New service training will look better. The waiting room has no air conditioning, not even a fan for customers. The lottery is very big.

I'm sorry that we went and encountered the direct experience of Cuckoo.We had the opportunity to work in this area for a total of 3 weeks. The sun set on our last week of work, 2 years ago.All 3 weeks that we stayed there were very few people every time. Employees will only stay until 8 p.m., and then no one will be home. From what I could see, there was only 1 security guard in front of the hotel. It's very quiet at night even though you're in the city. The experience, if told, would probably be long. Take it easy and be haunted for many days.

December 2023/ (Private) Hotel is very cheap. Booked for 490 baht. Room is ok. There is a key card deposit of 200 baht, returned when checking out. The bed and pillows are ok, not very soft, but bouncy, haha. Cool air conditioner, refrigerator, two bottles of water, towels, soap, shampoo, strong running water, located in the middle of Rayong province. Near the Yum Hua Pok shop The hotel has many branches. Please look at the name of the hotel. Because booking may be confusing As for the receptionist, her face was a little flustered. But it has no effect on me. Because I came to stay and then went, I didn't care. The parking lot was small, narrow, and looked uncomfortable.

I paid 418 baht for a good size room with a flatscreen TV, aircon, a powerful warm shower and a big double bed. The Reception lady was so friendly. The main road next to Izen is full of food choices. I high recommend this hotel. Great value. They have a little shop downstairs selling noodles and such like. The Reception also has hot water and a microwave. Love this place.

The air conditioner in the propeller room disappeared, making it impossible to control the direction. The air conditioner is full, the water flows well, there is a water heater but there are no curtains. The counter staff take good care of you and speak well. Some of the lights in the room are broken. Overall, you can sleep, but you'll get a bit irritated. The air conditioner isn't cool late at night. In the morning it's cool as usual.

Booked a long time in advance but refused to lock the room for me. When we arrived, we checked in at 2 p.m. Haven't entered the room yet. Because the housekeeper couldn't make the room in time. The receptionist kept talking to me about wanting a room, but I had to sit and wait. So I waited. I don't understand why they didn't prepare it. People who come want to take the room, not sit and wait🥲
