The room is modest - but there is a kettle and a fridge, which is a big plus. As for the minuses, first of all, it is cleanliness - there is a lot of mold in the bathroom, and outside the room in front of the room - rodent droppings (there were none in the room, however). During our stay, we never saw the owner. As for the location, it is very good - off the beaten track, so it is quiet, and at the same time close to the center and the beach. So the accommodation is quite ok for a shorter stay.

The room is cheap, the standard is low, but if someone doesn't expect much, it's enough.When we were there, the floor in the room was damaged. A nice place outside, but you need to remember to take precautions because there are a lot of mosquitoes.It is located close to the center, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest beach.

It's a budget guest house, fit for long-term staying. The fan room is simple, basic, but quite clean. It locates at city center, with about 10 minutes walking to 7/11 or the Sai kaew beach. I intend to extend my staying, but the rooms are full, so that I have to transfer to other hotel. BTW, Miss Tim is a very smart girl, who can speak great English. I'm sure she will make good progress in her business.
