Good accommodation, quiet location, protected area. We spent a week alone in a complex of 9 villas. This is very good. Only on the last day did vacationers move into the neighboring villa. An excellent beach, it has its own sun loungers (although for some reason they are not laid out every day). Unfortunately, almost all the water has been drained from the pool. You can go to the pool common to the entire territory, but it’s a 350-meter walk to get to it, and it’s open until 5 p.m. It’s absolutely not the same thing to leave the house and take a dip and walk in the heat to the pool. This was very disappointing. Otherwise everything is good and we could give it a 5.

Worst Villa to stay.||||I have booked 3 villas for 20 people and have added 1 more villa for additional 8 people. The reception is very unwelcoming. They totally make you feel that they only want your money. NO service mind at all. …

NEVER AGAIN VIP CHAIN RESORT!
Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. INCONSIDERATE. Our team had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE on dealing with the receptionist. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

If you’re expecting a VIP treatment, avoid this place at all cost. If you are not WHITE you will be treated worse than a beggar. The manager pushed us outside the main gate despite our request to stay in the reception area while waiting for our booking confirmation because we have infants with us. She even threatened us that there is a CCTV camera which made us wonder what we did to deserve such treatment. We’ve been through a lot of hotels and villas but this has been the worst experience ever. I’d be insane if I recommend this place. Big NO!!!

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. The manager's utter lack of customer service skills made every interaction feel like a battle. It's disappointing because the hotel had potential, but with such a hostile manager, the entire atmosphere was soured. Spare yourself the frustration and steer clear of this establishment.

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. If you haven’t paid the room yet they treat you like a criminal.
