strength :- Next to Sai Kaew Beach- There is a swimming pool (cleaned every morning)- Surrounding shops- Employees solve problems in a timely manner.- Good mattress, sleeping doesn't hurt your back.weakness :- The bathroom smells musty (should install a ventilation fan.- The toilet is tilted and the toilet side is overflowing because there is no drainage hole.- The smell of the pipe coming up was very foul. You should sprinkle microorganisms every month.- The air conditioner is loud and not cool. This point is important because it is very hot. You should immediately improve this point. The weather outside is still cooler.- What kind of cleaning staff do you think? I recommend that the hotel buy a vacuum cleaner and trend the cleaning staff to be more professional. The floor of the room was full of sand as if it had not been cleaned at all.P.S. The employees on the ground floor are all good. We reported that the air conditioner was not cool and asked for a fan and they quickly brought it to us. I asked for a broom and got it in a timely manner. Thank you very much 🙏

It's a resort on Sai Kaew Beach, right next to the beach. We chose the 3-bed type, 3,300 baht per night, on the ground floor (too lazy to walk upstairs). The staff took very good care of us. Welcomed us very well. Entering the room is a very fragrant room. There will be towels in the room. With a handkerchief to dry your hair, there's a hair dryer, and soap and shampoo are big bottles. Use it sparingly. Even though there is no food at the resort. We are not serious. Because next to the resort There are many restaurants. Let us choose to eat. In the evening, you can just walk around and find the shop you want. Or you can buy something to sit and eat in front of the resort. They have tables and chairs for you to sit in front of the beach. Plus, there's a free speedboat to and from. And there will be parking as well. Ours, 2 nights, 160 baht.

This hotel is next to the beach and has a good location. Can walk to the convenience store. Seaside restaurant There are massage shops nearby, which is a really good part.The parts that need to be improved are:- The room floor is still not clean. There are a lot of sand fragments. To get on the bed, you have to brush your feet first.- The electrical system uses a card type. But it takes a long time before it gets stuck.- The air conditioner is not very cool. The noise from both the air conditioner and the computer outside makes it difficult to sleep well.- I thought at first that it was a hotel with a pool in the middle so there must be loud noise from the house. But in the hotel's rules there is In the morning I met a father and son playing in the water. The child screamed very loudly. I woke up. Father slammed the ball into the water loudly. No staff warning at all.- The bathroom smells. because there is no air intake- The room is not soundproof. Customers opened and closed doors loudly all night. From coming to rest, I didn't get to rest at all.- The towels are flaky like they've been used for a long time. Wipe it all over your head. So had to change to using a hair towel instead.

Excellent location on the beach. Close to all the restaurants on the beach and easy walking to a few bars and restaurants on the main street. I stayed in the garden apartments which were nice and cool. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely return to this place.
