Nice little split level duplex. 2 queen beds on upper level , with glass sliding door and own ac. Big double day bed and massive TV downstairs. Fridge and kettle. Separate shower and toilet. Bit of a communal seating area right outside. Owners very good communication and helpful. Rented scooter for 300.

The room is very beautifully decorated. It's a two-story room (duplex). It's like taking a single-story shophouse and redecorating it into a two-story room. The upper floor is a bedroom. There are 2 large beds which are very comfortable, so 4 people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is located below, separating the toilet and shower room.When I first went, I couldn't find the entrance or where I was. But when I walked in, I saw the surroundings next to me. It's like a shophouse for rent. But when we got to the room, we were relieved. The nice decoration made us forget about the room next to us. We could sit and party in the room. You can sit in front of the room. There are a few mosquitoes. The room was soundproof well. I'd like to see the owner.The rooms are not next to the sea. But it's comfortable. Because you can walk to Sai Kaew Beach. Walking out of the accommodation, you will see a restaurant. Various convenience stores, bars and cafes Along the road in front of Sai Kaew Beach Walking to Sai Kaew Beach is about 15 minutes, which is good. On the way back from the beach, if you're drunk, you can still walk back.Too bad I took a lot of photos. But I don't know where everything has gone.

Very good, better than the price. The rooms are quiet and private. Stayed from 9-11 October, forgot to leave a review haha. I really liked it. Close to tourist attractions, convenient. Cheap price and includes a car. There is a chance to go back again.

Went there yesterday, Thursday 6 April 2022, most recently stayed 2 nights. I want to say that it's very, very good. The owner is very kind and very cute. The room is very pleasing. The air conditioner is extremely juicy. Stay in a room in front that is large, spacious, comfortable, strong wifi. Price is 2,200 including 1 motorbike with a full tank of gas. In front of the drinking room, you can grill. Will definitely go again.

10/10 Very good, attentive to customers, cute prices, no mosquitoes, clean room, cool air conditioning, decorated furniture, good value, very nice to live in. -Overall, it is a very worthwhile place to stay. near the pier Located in the community There are many restaurants, you can walk out and choose to eat. Motorbikes are available for rent at the property. During the trip, the price was cheap, 250 baht per day, free gas throughout the rental period (if you run out, you can fill it up at the store we rented for free).-Service: 5 star service, the owner is lovely, very good service, friendly and hospitable. There is advice given before going (asking about the trip from the time you get on the boat because you've never been there) until you get to the accommodation. There is good advice. both places to travel/eat (Secretly checked in first Because I arrived early in the morning and there were no customers the previous day (I went in the morning with the intention of just dropping off things and riding around the island. But the owner allows you to check in)-The room is very good. I repeat that it is very, very good. All according to reviews, cheap price if compared to the quality of stay. It is a place to stay that you will definitely have to stay again for your trip to Koh Samet.-Not a shill, no free stay, no sponsor. But it's really good, so I want you to try it. As for the pictures, you can find them from other people's reviews. Didn't take a photo and keep it.
