I took my family to stay for three days and two nights. The room is big and clean. It may look a bit old. The hotel may look a little too much. But overall, the equipment is complete and convenient. In the room there is a bathtub, separate shower zone, spacious and clear dressing. The restaurant is in the middle zone. Walk down from the room and you will see a swimming pool in front of the beach. In the evening there will be dining on the beach. Welcome drinks are served. There are free cocktails provided. There are also free cookies served. Most importantly, there is a very cute personal thank you card. If you're with family here, it's very worthwhile. There's always something to do all day, no need to go anywhere. Whether it's taking a dip in the pool or playing in the water on the beach. The natural resources at the beach are quite good. There are wind crabs and shellfish. But the only disadvantage during the trip was the sea waves and strong winds that made the sea quite murky. But overall, this place is very good. I recommend it.

All equipment in the room is very old and damaged. The fabric chairs on the balcony were stained. There is a lot of dust in the shower zone. The bathtub is damaged. Hot water is not available. The bed cabinet in the room is damaged and has very old stains. Very not worth the priceNormally a customer of Centara, I have never seen anywhere this bad before. I don't want to receive an apology. but want to get a refund Please contact me back. Really bad experience with Centara. Not worth the money paid very much.

Deluxe sea view rooms are very old.-Walking into the front of the room, there were still wine glasses and water bottles not yet collected.-In the room the floor is sticky and black. Everything in the room is old. The blanket has stains.The wooden bed was broken, the mattress was squished, there was only dust on the head of the bed, water was dripping from the air conditioner.-There's a lot of dust in the bathroom where you stand to shower. The Jacuzzi tub was stained yellow and damaged.The hot water in the jacuzzi had no heat.-The wooden floor on the balcony is about to come off in many pieces. The glass separating the balcony has stains on everything. The cushions on the balcony were stained.- Pond is sufficient.-Good in that it's easy to walk into the sea.-Restaurant, simple food The staff in the dining room take the best care of you.-On the way back, I called to help carry my luggage, but no one came.Not worth the room price of almost 4,000 baht. The cushions on the sofa on the balcony have a lot of scratches and are not clean.- Lots of rust everywhere, every edge.- It's like there is a problem with the water system. The water is light or the water is not warm. You have to inform the staff at 10 p.m. By the time the repairs were completed at 11 p.m.- When I first turned on the water, it was orange.- There must be a problem with the internet system. If you close the bathroom door People in the bedroom cannot use the internet.- The spoon in the room is rusty.- Asking for cutlery, waiting a very long time and having to call to get it.- There are a lot of mosquitoes, like when you lie down and the mosquitoes die.- Not sure if there's a liquor store nearby.
