It’s an okay resort, but not much service oriented. While rooms were clean the staff were not friendly. Keep in mind that in the breakfast time don’t expect them to greet you nicely or even smile at you :(

Excellent service and hotel !Pros : the beach front room was really beautiful and convenient, the people there helped us all the way (they gave us an extra safe) booked tours for us and were really kind. The room service food is very good and fast. It was awesome to just leave our things at the hotel and go to the beach just using the stairs !Cons : the bar below the room has loud bass music from 11am until midnight as well as works on the hotel which is making noise sometimes (on the stairs and rooms). The safe is really small and the room could use more storage fourniture. Also, the cleaning people will Knock at 10.45 to clean the room.You should be aware of these small details but overall a great stay and the beach view is something we will never forget, and the staff will find a solution for every problem (they asked for the workers to stop working on our stairs at 8.30 in the morning when we called them).

It's very good for the heart. Get off the pier and take the next Songthaew to your accommodation, so you don't have to walk any further and get tired. P'Sara, the service officer, was very good. We told her we wanted a room near the sea, so she found a room location to our liking. The room is not very big. But the atmosphere is warm, the room is fragrant, the pillows and the bed are soft and very soul-sucking. Importantly, the breakfast is very delicious, with a lot of menus to eat. Eat breakfast here and be full until evening. There are beds and beach chairs provided free of charge by the hotel, no need to rent them. You have to come yourself and you'll know. Definitely go back to Samet and stay again.

Just had a really bad experience at the beach bar where we ordered 2 rum and coke and got 2 undrinkable fillings to the brim with lime. We got two new drinks without lime but got the undrinkable ones on the bill too. Very bad service where they do not take responsibility for their products.

Bad resortFeeling bad, bad experience staying here.At night, the noise is very loud. I don't know what's wrong with it.Annoying. I intended to come to relax but it was like I was torturing myself.Bad room. Once is enough. Come visit or torture yourself. Bad.

Diamond Beach Resort is located on the north eastern tip of Koh Samet, just a short boat ride from Ban Phe Rayong.From the Nadan Pier on Koh Samet, you pass through the gates where you pay the National Park entrance fee, 40 Baht Thais, everyone else 200 Baht.You can then grab the local songthaew which will take you right to the hotel reception. Here you can rent a scooter if you wish at the adjacent rental shop.We arrived early and the staff made up our room straightaway. We had one of the many beach front rooms which was clean and had the best view over the water.Food can be ordered from your room or while you relax on the beach near the bar.The staff are super relaxed and friendly and willing to help you for any request.Plenty of shops nearby, restaurants, cafe's, massage, weed, 7-11 and chemists, plus if you need beach clothes there are plenty of shop to help you out.I loved waking up to the view over the beach, one of the best you'll ever experience.The beach seating is lounge chairs and bean bags during the day and bean bags at night.The best stay I've had on Koh Samet.

Come visit Koh Samet and stay here. You won't be disappointed. Accommodation next to the beach, beautiful. The breakfast was very good.

Overall, the service is okay. The service is average. There is no matching toothbrush. If you want a toothbrush, ask customer service. You have to ask the staff for it. There is no phone in the room and no conditioner. The bar next door is very loud. If you have a bad sleep, it is not recommended. Check in,

Nice view from the room to the beach. Breakfast was a less good experience, a really basic breakfast. Good to spend one night, also a lot of noise from the music from the beach bar.

Stay in a villa and bungalow roomThe room is not very big but ok. The bed is soft and sleeps very well.Until I want to have a lot of time to sleep. The bathroom is not small, the water is very strong.Can walk to the beach, beautiful view, white sand, can play in the water.Various breakfast There are a lot to choose from. Stir-fried basil is also delicious. At night, walk around and watch the fire baton swing along the beach. It's very worthwhile.

The hotel is good, the location is super. We took a room with a sea view, the room was uncomfortable, for some reason they only gave us one towel for the body and no towel for the face. The washbasin is located near the bed, why? I don't understand, there isn't a single hook for a towel near the sink. Shower, only the top tropical one, which is also inconvenient, you don’t always want to wet your head. There is no storage space in the room; everything is in the suitcase.NOOO, the view from the room is super.The staff is friendly, smiling, they will tell you everything and help you.

Located right by the beach. Only 5 minutes by tuktuk from the pier. Free sunbeds and beach towels. The room has what you need but is not large in size and the bathroom is somewhat tired. The breakfast has a selection suitable for everyone.

Very good location, beachfront room is literally on the beach. Stunning view from the room. Rooms are great, pretty new. Staff were helpful. So-so breakfast. The resort gives clear instructions how to get there.
