First off let me say that this resort is absolutely phenomenal. It should be a 5 star resort.The rooms were spacious (Deluxe) and super clean. The bed and pillows were perfect for my wife and I.The staff were all so attentive and friendly. Everyone smiled and we felt very welcome here.The food at Winkks Beach Club was brilliant. We had Thai and Western dishes to choose from. The cocktails were wonderful too. The location was next level. It overlooked Sai Kaew Beach. White sand, crystal clear blue waters and a nice sea breeze made this place very special to us.Scoop Garden sold the best homemade ice cream. We were pleasantly surprised that such nice ice cream excited on such a small island.Great location too. Very central to the main town area. I’ll definitely be back!

The overall feeling of staying at this hotel is that everything costs money!!!! The male receptionist at the front desk would have a better attitude, the female attendants were all terrible and had a scornful attitude towards the guests which made us very uncomfortable!!!!Also, our room rate was inclusive of pier pick up and drop off, but unbeknownst to us, when we left we decided to go to the pier on our own, and the hotel had to ask for a 100 baht fee for arranging a car to take us to the pier, on the grounds that we would have to pay for pick up and drop off at the pier if we didn't use the hotel's ferries, even though we had already paid for that within the room rate.What is even more outrageous is that the hotel room has a bag for dirty clothes, we used it, and when we left the hotel, we were actually asked to return it, I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I have met someone who asked to return a bag for dirty clothes!!!! When we took it out, she was very unconcerned and said she would give it to us for free, I'm not short of a dirty clothes bag but I felt humiliated and the experience was just awful!!!!

Spacious hotel next to Sai Kaew Beach The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. The staff were very welcoming. Booked a Deluxe room with a large bed but put two small mattresses together. The blankets were two small pieces. It's like sleeping in a small bed because there's a seam in the middle. Sleeping is uncomfortable. Overall OK, but the bed and blankets should be improved.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast Good service staff from porters The service staff in The Mango room, especially Nong Pepe, provide good service, impressive, attentive to tourists, and all the staff are lovely, smiling, cheerful, and the food is always fulfilling. As for the sister who made the omelet, everyone provided good service and was lovely. I would like to praise the excellent management.

service staff Nong Pepe provides very good service, taking care of customers very well. As for the other employees, everyone is smiling and taking care of customers. The food is always replenished. If anyone is sick, they take care of the service and find hot drinks to serve. Come stay here, you will be impressed with the service of every staff member.

Stay as a family The staff arranged the room very well, beautiful and private. The mattress is soft, clean and comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. There are complete facilities. Smiling employees are ready to serve you at all times. From the moment you step into the hotel, from the Front to the housekeepers, butlers, pool maintenance staff, and breakfast and dinner rooms. The food here is delicious, almost every menu, both savory and sweet, is worth the price. Impressed with the fireworks show, very beautiful. Know that the hotel staff are very talented. I can say that I cried wow. Can't help but leave a tip. Recommend 100/100

Stayed in a beach front room in the deluxe premier zone, a room with a very beautiful view. You can see the sea from your bed. The decoration uses wood which makes it feel very luxurious. You can open the curtains around the room. Makes it visible very wideBut because it is an island In the national park causing a lot of mosquitoes But in the room there was a soufflé prepared for you. But will get bitten by mosquitoes while sleeping.The various layout designs are very beautiful. I recommend you try this room.All the food is delicious. If it's a Friday or Saturday night, there will be a live band. She is a Filipino singer who sings songs from the '70s, '80s, '90s, but can also dance and have fun, suitable for hanging out with friends. On other days, it's folk songs.Breakfast has a variety of delicious flavors. There's even khanom jeen ya, soybean milk, and custard bread.Friendly service staff And they were very happy to help. My son had hives....the staff quickly found calamide medicine for him and emphasized that if it didn't get better, call to notify so that we could help further.Overall...I'm impressed with everything.

The reception counter is terrible!!We were guests at the resort from June 9th to 11th.We asked the front desk if they could assist in sending some postcards for us, and they kindly agreed. On our last day, we handed over about six postcards along with the money for stamps to the front desk staff.However, it has been two months, and we still haven’t received our postcards, which should have arrived by now. The postcards we sent from other hotels in Bangkok have already been received some time ago.Therefore, I tried to approach the hotel by email & message and waited for their feedback for almost one month to figure out what’s wrong, no one reply me. (Before I came here to leave negative comment)These postcards hold precious memories for us.We would be really disappointed if our postcards were lost, as we could have sent them by ourselves if there was a risk of them not being delivered.
