New building, new rooms, beautiful, clean, large room divided into small and large bedrooms. But outside, an air conditioner cabinet was installed, making it unattractive. The first floor has a balcony that goes out to the swimming pool. Very convenient and beautiful. There is a pool in front and behind. There is a bar in the middle. Less parking and poorly managed. There is no place to make a U-turn. Just retreat. There isn't enough parking, so you have to park on the side of the road.

Clean, quiet, good personal. Overall good.

This condo is good and the service is good. I had to check out early for personal reason and they agreed to let me pay only the night i stayed.Much recommended.Be aware that you will need a transportation tho since the area is not covered by grab.

I've stayed here 2 times already. The price is not expensive. I booked through Agoda. The rooms are clean and have complete equipment for sneezing and bowls. The staff are all friendly. Not too far from the beach, quiet, suitable for relaxing.

Nicely built, new condo, very close to Laem Mae Phim beach. Restaurants, 7/11 is nearby.

We have been living in this complex for 4 months. It is completely new, beautiful, pleasant. The apartments there are clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help. There is a swimming pool and a small gym. To the sea 7 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by moped. To 7/11 - 10 minutes walk. Convenient location, there is infrastructure near the nearest 7/11. Apartments are inexpensive.But there is a big BUT!It's NOISE! near:- plots for construction;- construction is underway in 500m;- behind the Mantra there is a place where excavators load earth onto trucks. And 6 days a week, sometimes even at 3 am, and more often from 5-6 am, trucks start driving VERY LOUDLY. I wake up and close the window. It is thin, but it becomes a little quieter and you can sleep further.But. That's not all. The 2 Mantra buildings stand opposite each other, the space is quite narrow, and between them there is a pool with overflowing water. Therefore, such an auditory well is formed in the yard that if someone in the yard of the house or on the balcony (and the Thais really like to come at night, and talk loudly and laugh on the balcony until 1-2 am) says something, walks or walks loudly swimming in the pool at 2 a.m. or 5 a.m. also sounds very loud and makes it impossible to sleep!New people often arrive and talk on the phone in the middle of the night on their balcony or in the yard, and you can hear it as if it were happening in your apartment.And the icing on the cake. The bar has some kind of alarm in the form of a bell. Sometimes during the day, in the evening, and especially often at night, it works and can ring continuously from 5 minutes to 1 hour.In general, the complex is wonderful for everyone, but only if you have a sound and light sleeper. Or are you some kind of very early bird?PS. But today at 6 am a fire truck arrived at the lake directly opposite the complex and took in water for half an hour with the wild roar of the pump...A very good place, but next time we will live somewhere else.
