The rooms have many amenities: refrigerator, TV, kettle, electric pot and pan, microwave, washing machine, sofa, shower, automatic toilet. Japanese style. Next to it is Aeon McValu Mini Mart. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby, very convenient.

This place is in front of MaxValue and very convenient. The price is very cheap. Clean and large room has dining space, laundry machine, refrigerator and TV.

I don't know if other people are writing about it compared to others, but my impressions after staying for 3 nights.Wi-Fi is too slow. 13M in good times, zero in bad times from several minutes to several tens of minutesThe internet on Japanese TV was also slow, freezing every few minutes, giving up on connecting to Wi-Fi and using mobile data during my stay.There is a washing machine, but no detergent.If you want to buy detergent for 80B, I recommend a laundry shop that costs 50B.There is a bathtub, but the water, including the shower, is warm.Take the stairs to the 4th floor.I asked for cleaning when I went out, but it wasn't done, and I was forced to go down the stairs and wait outside.To go to the city, take a tuk tuk🛺 for a round trip of 120~140BYou can find a larger room with almost the same facilities in the city for an extra 100 baht.Some hotels also have elevators, toothbrushes, welcome drinks such as draft beer, and hot spring saunas.This seems like a good place for a long-term stay for office workers who use a company car for transportation and want to cook for themselves, but I personally don't think it's suitable for tourists.

Good accommodation, comfortable, but have to walk up the stairs. Employees are not aware that they are not there on the day the customer checks out. Have the customer return the key card in the box before leaving the building. But the deposit was not returned. Called and disconnected the call. Called several more times, no answer. Once is enough. The employees here are very bad.

The security box didn't work. I tried as written, but it didn't work. And it's not fixed. I have to call each time for wifi connection, watching TV, and security. In the first room, the door could not be locked. Those who have a bike are fine, but others are inconvenient to go anywhere and do anything.

Shower was only in Bath tub which was little high to climb into. Everything else is good. Smart TV would have been better. Kitchen is good has basic utensils. Washing machine was leaking. Ants were in kitchen. Stayed 2 days no room cleaning done.

I was staying alone.The location is right in front of Aeon and has excellent access. It's a quiet place and easy to stay compared to nearby Robinson.There are no complicated procedures such as check-in, making it easy for even one person to stay overnight.The room had beautiful wood grain and was larger than I expected.There was no wifi check-in process that is typical of hotels, and I was able to connect immediately by entering a password.It also helps that all the bulletin boards are written in Japanese.It even comes with tableware and a drum-type washing machine, making it suitable for any purpose.No matter what I say, the most impressive thing is being able to watch Japanese TV normally.What's more, with a few simple steps, you can easily watch past programs as well. I was able to watch the music program I wanted to watch a few days ago!There are no unnecessary procedures, you can easily stay here, and the price is a bit unbeatable even though it's Sriracha. It was a perfect stay!

A serviced apartment hotel in front of Aeon Shopping Center. There is also a large refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and bathtub, making it perfect for Japanese people. There are not only Aeon but also many restaurants in the same area, making it a very convenient place to live. There is also a rental car service, which is convenient if you have an international license. It's a 30 minute walk to Pattaya Beach and Bangsaen Beach, so it's easier to spend your time there than staying at a hotel on the beach.

The room is spacious, clean, has a washing machine, microwave, sukiyaki pot, kettle, cool air conditioner, clear TV on all channels. The mattress is firm and soft. Bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, good fabric, hot and cold water in the bathroom flows strong. The toilet is an automatic flushing system.

The accommodation is opposite Max value. You can walk and buy things and come across. Very convenient. The room is grand and magnificent. But it's right next to it and there aren't many people coming to stay there, so it can't be cleaned thoroughly. Both ants grow on the dining table and bed. In the bathroom there was a bird's nest. I'd like the accommodation to be a little better in terms of cleanliness. The rest of the facilities are all good :-)
