The room was huge, more like an apartment, plus a balcony, which was great. The location is also very good - just a few minutes to the beach. However, it wasn't very clean and the sink in the kitchen and the toilet leaked and you were constantly standing in a puddle.But the staff is very nice and the laundry service is great!

The room was clean, two bottles of water every day.Nice surroundings of the house.Relatively close to the beach.Very poor water pressure, no soap or shampoo. Towels smelling dirty. The reception is open only from 1 p.m. and speaks little English. It is not possible to order breakfast, even though there is a board advertising meals in front of the building.No shuttle service to the pier.

Incredible value for money, i could not recommend this place any more to stay. Some of the rooms are like entire apartments, and the design is modern. Next to Khlong Dao beach which is really beautiful

Nice helpful staff! I had a huge room with a balcony, dressing room, small dining area with a fridge and kettle.I could hear the muezzin in the distance, a really great atmosphere.2 minutes to 7 eleven, 10 minutes to the sea. Great location.

A simple accommodation, quite good for the price. Very nice staff, accommodating, the rooms are cleaned every day, new towels every day.Beach can be reached in 400 meters.To eat, please go to the restaurants on the street above. Costs at least half as much as on the beach.Breakfast buffet for 180 Bath 30 meters opposite.All tours can be booked at reception.You can also enjoy the massages offered in the hotel...

The place is rundown and not maintained. Windowblinders are broken and the sink was leaking on the floor. They fixed it with toilet paper... Still we hade a nice time and the staff is great. And so is the balcony. It was the room with blue door.

Very good quality accommodation at a very affordable price (approx. 650 TBH per night; reservation 2 days before stay).The only piece of equipment missing is a hair dryer.The rooms are cleaned every day - but in a rather superficial way.Wireless Internet offers a fast and stable connection.

We had a private room. It was beautiful and almost everything was clean, the staff was helpful and polite.

The rooms are ok, they dont look bad. Considering that i paid really not much i have to say that i had a nice stay. The wifi was fast. They offer even cheap massages and as guest you get another 15% discount. The laundry service was quick and all was washed well. I rented a motorbike from them for a excellent price of 160bath. Staff was always friendly. The room has been cleaned up daily with medium quality. In the surroundings you have a lot of restaurants and at the beach some nice bars to enjoy some drinks. Around the corner is a big 7/11 supermarket. You are even very close to Sala Dan where you can shop souvenirs at the night market.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation, near Klong Dao Beach and near 7-Eleven. I had the opportunity to stay here twice. The upstairs room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. The downstairs room was also very private. The atmosphere is natural.
