The boss JAI is super dynamic.Very professional...she manages her travel agency business and we can ask her anything...even to retrieve my forgotten mobile cable in Ko Phayam!!!!Her sister PIA is nice and a good cook.Good address near the bus station.

The local place at the busstation where the nice and polite Ms. Jai will help in planning anything from Visa to daytrips and bustrips and what else you need. They even cook great and cheap Thai food. You should try their Thai Omelete. I can only recommend this with 5 stars.

Stayed at Kiwi Orchid for 1 night. Super friendly owners. Location is great near the bus station.They have also a restaurant and the food was great ( vegetarian options available ). Room was clean and bed was comfy. Shared bathroom/toilets were also clean and nice. Can totally recommend Kiwi Orchid & PL Guesthouse!

Really good and affordable food. Breakfast served all day. The folks who work here make the place. They're very kind and have a good sense of humor. The rooms are small, simple and have fans. Fair prices for a room. The location and atmosphere of the place make it great.

I am loving my stay here. Jai "The Kiwi Mama" is the real deal! Thank you so much for your hospitality and good sense of humor. Fair prices at the little shop downstairs. The rooms are small and basic but comfortable and quiet. Indoor common areas, 5 communal bathrooms, and 2 balconies so plenty of room for all guests. Classic Thai guesthouse with fan rooms. Very close to the bus station and afternoon Market. 350 baht for twin room or double room. Thanks for a relaxing stay! :) I would recommend to any backpackers on a budget traveling through Ranong.

Upon arriving at Ranong bus station it was actually the first thing I did, take a few steps and walk into Kiwi Orchid. I immediately felt at home and welcome. Jai, the manager, really helped me a lot with several things, including visas and a boat trip to Koh Phayam. Truly excellent service from her with pick-up and delivery, she really takes good care of her customers and does not rest until everything has been arranged and feels familiar. And she makes delicious coffee and the food and breakfast are also excellent. 10 stars as far as I'm concerned

Jai is the best if you need a ticket to somewhere in Thailand or a Spontaneous accomodation.Thank you very much for you help, food, pickup and organisation! You are amazing.A place with good vibes ! The owner Jai is amazing, speaks really well english, know what vegan means,Different typical thai dishes and good coffee. Everything fresh.The green curry vegan the best i got during my Thailand journey.

This is not only a very reasonable and clean guesthouse, but also a restaurant and exceptional booking office. You need to go someplace? Jai, who speaks English perfectly, is really doing all she can to support you. Greatest booking service I have seen sofar; you do not just get your ticket and that's it, no, you are shown which is your bus, you are told "now it's time to go, follow me", you may even get recommendations for booking office in other places. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
